Ding and Chan provide a wonderful home away from home where my family were able to rest and enjoy Batu Ferringhi and the local food in the area. Nasi Kandar Khaleel is a short walk away and is really very good as is the local food court. All in all a great home away from home.

Lovely and modern place in a quiet neighbourhood with come excellent dim sum and Thai restaurants. Emily is a kind and pro-active communicator and has a keen eye for details. The house is a hostel like shared accommodation with a central and clean kitchen but it felt private enough in my own room, although the bathroom isn't entirely closed off from your neighbour's bathroom, for the price it was a good deal.

One of the best place we stayed so far... super super clean house. Loved their garden especially to sip in our morning coffee. the games kept the children active. They even played hide and seek too. Definitely walking distance to many reflexologist nearby.

Responsible host. Environment is not so good but reasonable price. Interior design is nice.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The host gave me clear check-in instruction and the place was very clean with complete amenities available when we arrived. I find the water filter is very helpful, since we usually need to buy plenty of mineral waters at the groceries during travel. But it’s very convenient that the host provides ready-to-drink water. Location wise is great - close to the city center, so it’s easy to navigate around Georgetown. We also managed to find great Penang delicacies - Char Kwey Teow - nearby this place which gives this location a plus point ;)

Great view out the windows and convenient to get around KL. The second floor showers could use some curtains at the window but on the flipside, it gave a decent view while showering. Recommended

Great place to stay, nice location close to a busy street with lots of restaurants in Georgetown! The host was kind and proactive making sure I had everything I needed and was happy with everything during my stay. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy! Would recommend :)

Had a great three month stay. Looks like the photos. Located very close to a mall with lots of food options. Not too far away from the mosque, very near with a car. Swimming pool was well maintained and host provided good instructions. Internet was really strong, I had my Zoom meetings from there (ethernet cable).

Nice house with privacy also got Netflix as entertainment... complete facility served

It was a very kind host and a very comfortable accommodation. The train station was about a 12-minute walk away, making it easy to travel anywhere. There were delicious dim sum restaurants and various other eateries nearby, and the NSK supermarket was just 1-2 minutes away, which was very convenient. One minor downside was that there was some noise from construction in front of the building, but considering the price, our family was often out exploring, so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. The property is in a great location, just a short walk from the Taman Pertama MRT station and numerous restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the onsite gym, which had all the essential equipment. Ivan, the host, was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Mr. Lucas is an inspiring person and a loyal friend. He has the demeanor of a confident mentor. He is kind, not intrusive, and always willing to help others. He patiently explains the surroundings and took me on a tour around the building, introducing me to the place. When I extended my stay, he even offered me a discount. Overall, Lucas is someone you can rely on and trust.

it's a clean house with everything working fine! The WiFi, the water heater, the air conditioning. I like the self check in concept! easy.

The place is good and worth to stay. Their house is on a high floor with great view.

Great apartment, close enough to but far enough away from the hustle of bussle of George town. Some great hawkers nearby which we used daily for breakfast.

작년에 이어 올해도 페낭에 방문 했습니다 일단 방이 크고 뷰가 좋습니다 무엇보다 여기는 개미가 없어요 작년에는 같은 층 다른 곳에서 지냈는데 개미가 계속 나왔어요 소음도 없고 너무 편하게 쉬다가 왔습니다 11층에서 운동과 수영도 할 수 있습니다 다만 금액이 비싸지 않기에 모든 게 완벽한 건 아닙니다. 방 안에 있는 옷걸이는 사용하기 불편 했고 책상과 의자는 교체가 필요해보였습니다 그 외에는 모든 게 좋았습니다 다음에도 페낭에 간다면 여기부터 다시 찾아볼 것 같아요.
