Nice place and helpful host

Amazing place to stay with friends and family. The place is not only as beautiful as in the picture, it is also very spacious, comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to relax. Utensil, fridge, induction cooker, pot, kettle, water filter machine with hot/cold water, you name it. Cleanliness is very important factor to me, and this place get a 5/5 stars from me, its clean and odorless! I will definitely come back again.

We are very happy and satisfied with this place. a big bedroom and a comfortable bed, a clean toilet, a big pool, suitable for adults and children, a private karaoke room and much more. My family was very happy and praised the beauty and comfort of this place. We highly recommend this place to all of you. For miss karen as a host.. she really kind person and fast response when anything I need to ask. easy to negotiate with her. hopefully, one day we will work together again . Tq miss karen. everything was beyond expectations except for the pool. the pool was rather too clean that we get skin rash and itch all over our body. nevertheless the check in was smooth and host very accommodating with the check in and check out timing...we were happy to stay here and will return again!! This place looks exactly like the pictures. We booked the whole house to stay with a bunch of friends (eight adults + five children). The place has plenty of space with a simple seating area at living, tables and chairs at dining, and well stocked coffee and tea counter as well as cutleries and plates. Bedrooms are simply decorated with fresh bedding and have good aircond and fan in each room. All rooms share common bathrooms and toilets, which are very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen for anything other than simple washing because we eat out when we're in Georgetown! Fantastic location - walkable to almost everywhere we wanted to go on our eatery list.

The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The host was incredibly responsive, quickly answering any questions I had and providing helpful recommendations for local spots. Their attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Nice interior which exactly same with the photo, comfortable n quiet place to stay

Good location and great giew of the city. Comfortable bed and very quite. Wy is a good communicator. easy to reach. Having a full kitchen really set it apart from a regular hotel stay. The balcony was really nice to sit out in the evening. easy to catch grab ride from downstairs. the whole building is connected to the lalaport shopping complex which have a supermarket and tons of food restaurants. there is also money exchange inside the mall.

I had a comfortable stay here. Needed to rest a few nights and the beds were comfy. I just wish the bathroom had a better bidet spray and hand soaps. The house itself was clean and very comfortable. Hosts are nice and friendly

I had such a lovely time staying at this homestay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet still close to nearby attractions. It truly felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay extra special, like the local tips and the warm hospitality. We did experience a temporary electricity interruption due to heavy rain, but the owner was very responsible and kept checking on us. He even sent a technician to inspect the house and ensure everything was fine. His attentiveness and care truly stood out. He had also provided some candles at the house, which came in handy and were really helpful during the interruption. I would definitely recommend this homestay to everyone ☺️

The villa was spacious, well-equipped with everything like Snooker, PS4, Karaoke and etc, and the team was incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests. best part was the swimming pool as it was quite large and also all the games..enjoyed it with the fam a lot..
