Make sure to stop in town for and load up on provisions you want in addition to the meals provided. Speaking of which: Housekeeper's Rehema's whole fresh snapper in the oven is an absolute delight. Feel free to give instructions how you like things prepared, the team is very responsive and grateful and eager to please. Yes, the place is dated, but that's its charm and biggest asset. Just chill and unwind !

Nice place to stay

This will always be my destination whenever I go back to watamu. Great views just next to the ocean, flexible check in; we got there way earlier but they let us hang around n even have breakfast. The pictures don't even do justice to the place, it's way more beautiful. N she's a great host. The only downside is; the place is too hot n most of the rooms need an AC or fan

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Fumbeni House et surtout l’équipe présente pour prendre soin de nous : Charo, Bea, Happy, Wilson et le gardien, tout était parfaitement coordonné ! La maison est superbe avec une vue à couper le souffle. Evidemment pour s’y rendre c’est un chemin pittoresque, à faire en tucktuck évidemment !

I had an amazing time at Candys. The location is stunning the building is stunning tooo ! She was welcoming and always present and made the day very very comfortable. Getting to the main road was a bit of a challenge especially at night, otherwise everything was okay
