Serene Retreat

Beautiful garden annex, fully equipped with the luxury of a five star hotel but with the serenity of a retreat experience. This suite consists of three interconnecting bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom situated in a scenic countryside setting. Large garden with lots of outdoor seating and plenty of space for kids to play football, jump on the trampoline etc. No matter what season you visit Spruce lodge it has something great to offer, be it the garden in full bloom during Summer, the gorgeous Autumnal colours of Autumn, the warm romantic Winter evenings by the open fire or the awakening of nature in Spring with the dawn chorus, you won't be disappointed.

Springhouse Kilshane is a unique 18th century residence which oozes character and charm. Once an RIC Barracks & formerly part of the Kilshane Estate. Springhouse Kilshane has been totally restored in 2021 & has beautiful scenic views from all the oval windows of Bansha woods where you can go for lovely walks to the beautiful Glen of Aherlow with breathtaking views of the Galtees. Our elegant and peaceful garden lodge has stunning sea views and is located a 5 minute walk from two long beaches, Garrettstown and Garrylucas. The renowned gourmet town of Kinsale is less than ten minutes by car and the airport is just a 30 minutes drive. The local area is a mecca for surfers, swimmers, cyclists and those who just want to go for long peaceful walks on one of the many local beaches. The local village is Ballinspittle, which offers all the basics and a few surprises.

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

The Cottage, Smith's Road, Charleville

12 mins walk, 3 min drive to Main Street, this converted open plan cottage is a lovely place to stay and is child and pet friendly. Excellent train and Bus service. Lots of amenities in the town. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden. Everything should be there to make the cottage home away from home. I am contactable by phone or in person if required.
