Omgiven av en vacker 3400m2 trädgård ligger denna trävilla i ett lugnt område vid Skånes västra kust med egen ingång till det angränsande Saxtorps naturreservat. Förutom närheten till natur och hav är det också det perfekta läget mellan alla större städer och sevärdheter (med bil eller tåg). Två populära vandringsleder (Skåneleden) och cykling (Sydkustleden) går precis utanför huset. Leder längs kusten är också tillgängliga till fots eller med cykel. Strandnära unikt hus med fin utemiljö

I detta nationalromantiska hus från 1905 kan du njuta framför den öppna spisen, grilla och ta en drink på den stora uteplatsen eller ta en kort promenad ner till Falsterbos fantastiska sandstrand. 5-6 personer bor bekvämt i detta charmiga och varsamt renoverade hus med snickarglädje och hög mysfaktor. Det är nära till mataffär, golfbanor och Falsterbos idylliska centrum. På den stora skogstomten finns även en helt ny gäststuga som går att hyra. Parkering finns, samt cyklar för utlåning.

This 35m2 guest cottage, renovated in 2019, is close to fantastic sandy beaches in an area of natural beauty. Located in the family friendly town of Höllviken, it is just a short walk to pubs, restaurants and local shops. Nearby activities include golf, horse riding, tennis, walking paths, birdwatching, a viking village and Falsterbo International Horse Show. Local buses, a 3 minute walk away, take you to Skanör/Falsterbo and also North to Malmö with an easy train link to Copenhagen.

Perfekt placering og stor altan

5 minutters gang til tog og metro, lige rundt om hjørnet fra Meat packing district, udsigt over Sønder Boulevard hvor Københavnerne hænger ud. Der er et væld af fantastiske restauranter, caféer og barer lige rundt om hjørnet. To-værelses københavner-lejlighed, hyggeligt indrettet med masser af planter. Der er et soveværelse med dobbeltseng og udgang til altan. Spisestue samt køkken. Lejligheden ligger på fjerde sal, så der er masser af lys og altanen har sol hele eftermiddagen.
