Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

5 stars all round. Highly recommended. This was a great place to stay. An easy walk from the train station (<10 min). In the centre of Charlbury, only minutes from nice pubs, restaurants and the local co-op, but still very peaceful and quiet. In a lovely garden with own outside deck and table. Bright and airy. Spacious enough for two. Good shower. Comfortable king bed with crisp linen. Cozy and comfortable sitting room. Charlbury is a beautiful town with easy train and bus links to London, Oxford, Woodstock (Blenheim), etc. And gorgeous surrounding countryside with great walks. Martin and Helena were generous friendly hosts. We really appreciated a late check out so that we could enjoy a leisurely countryside walk on our last morning. Many thanks!

Beautiful location very tranquil and perfect countryside accommodation. Ideal for warm evening outside dining and cosy inside for colder nights in with a roaring log burner.

I had myself a lovely stay at David's Airbnb. The surrounding area is absolutely lovely and the host, David, is even more so. If you're looking for a place to stay, you've found it.

The hut and the tub was exactly what we were looking for. We will be recommending it to friends and family and had the most wonderful weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at Dru's cabin with our young children. They were delighted to meet the turkeys, chickens and super friendly dog, and had a blast running around in the garden and interacting with Dru's very friendly family. They also loved the cabin and having their own space above where mum and dad slept. The cabin is cosy, well appointed, and plenty warm (once you get the fire going!) and the views are a delight. There is some noise from the main road immediately behind the cabin - didn't bother us but bear this in mind if you are a light sleeper.

This was the second time staying at the Blues Hut. We love the rustic charm, but with all of the essentials, like WiFi. Roger is super friendly and we loved having dinner at the pub 5 minutes walk away. It was a great weekend away.

Loved our stay at Offa’s Dyke Retreat. The location was gorgeous with wonderful views, especially first thing when the mountain glowed orange! Beautiful carriage with everything we needed. Hot tub was fab. Garden was great with picnic bench and another set of table and chairs with a fire pit. High hedges offered privacy but I could see the lawn where my kids played, perfect. The communal kitchen/lounge was a great bonus too and would come in super handy if the weather wasn’t great. They absolutely loved it too. Shop just up the road and a lovely pub that does tasty food. We stopped at Waun Fach on our way for a picnic and walk, outstanding views along Gospel Pass. Would highly recommend Joey’s place. Thanks for having us!

Thank you Vicky and Andy for having me in the otter pod! I had such a fantastic couple of days, I didn’t want to leave to go home to reality! So beautifully picturesque looking out on to the fields with the horses and sheep with the Malvern hills in the background! I can’t wait to stay again 😁

We had a fantastic stay. The enclosed garden was great for our dog and the views were amazing. The Hut was equipped with everything you’d need with plenty of towels and always plenty of hot water. The Hot Tub was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

A unique stay in the shepherds hut with beautiful surroundings. Had all the facilities needed for a long weekend, and extra luxury with the hot tub.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. Sean greeted us on arrival and showed us around and gave us lots of great local information about walks and day trips etc. the location is peaceful and private and also not too far from shops etc. Sean checked in on us via the app to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We had visits from the little cat who was lovely 😻. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway!

A perfect pod in a perfect setting, it was exactly what we were after for a few nights stay. Beautiful setting and well equipped pod, the tree hammock swings were a firm favourite with my 5 year old - as was the ‘massive tv that we can watch in bed’! Thanks Kirsty, we’ll definitely be back.

If you’re considering staying here just book it, trust me! I’ve stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this one tops the list - really absolutely magical. The sauna & pond experience + hot tub + views + sweet & unique cabin; it’s really a special experience. Nick was fantastic; communication was perfect, really everything far above and beyond expectations.

Me and my partner stayed here for a few nights and had the best little break away! Private with beautiful views and very peaceful. The bathroom/ kitchen were pristine and fully functioning. Comfy bed, lots of room. And the hot tub of course was a lovely addition that was well kept. We will definitely be back :)

Lovely Safari tent in a secluded woodland; the location was great! The tent was super comfortable and we had a lovley time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend break ☺️

Great stay in a beautiful location with many amenities included in the room. Peaceful and basic, but everything you would need. We would only recommend something to deter the Wasps as the room is located near to the Oak tree but this would be the only minor thing!

If your looking to relax & switch off from the world this is the place to go We had a fabulous stay surrounded by nature with the added bonus of sharing this with my dog, he’s a Hungarian vizsla so was worried he would be able to escape. But everything was so secure and he could run around and explore Chloe was a fantastic host and would highly recommend to friends and family Will definitely return

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely little place in the Forest of Dean. The property was beautifully kept and felt perfectly secluded, offering peace and quiet right on the edge of the forest. It was only a short walk or drive to a number of fantastic walking trails, and we were lucky enough to spot plenty of wildlife, including deer and a variety of birds. The space itself was charming and comfortable—just what we needed to unwind. We were also blessed with stunning weather, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. A truly beautiful place in a beautiful setting—what a perfect getaway.

My third stay here and will be back. the surroundings are beautiful and lots of amazing walks close by. the place itself is quirky and clean, the shower is amazing! Will be booking again soon!

We had a lovely, long weekend at The Hut on the Hill - it’s a lovely little space, with brilliant views (from the hut and the hot tub!). It was a very short and convenient drive to many sites for woodland walks in the Forest of Dean, which we and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The grounds around the hut are also secure, so it was great for them to be able to have some space to relax. Mandy and David are proactive hosts who were happy to leave us to our own devices but also drop us a message to check all was well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

A lovely one night stay! Really impressed with how well equipped The Cabin was. Slept soundly, beautiful surroundings & great to be able to walk down to a local pub. Thank you Guy for a welcoming reception, we’d stay again in a heartbeat.
