Our house sits on a 1 acre property on the Intracoastal waterway with its own boat dock and boat lift. There are water views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms as well as the kitchen/ living room. We have a large screened in porch that overlooks the water . It is very peaceful sitting there watching the boats go by or watching a Dolphin pair.
