This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated home in a safe private neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious with lots of storage space. The patio was private with a beautiful pool that was well heated for this time of year. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

This place is gorgeous, inside and out.

Can’t say enough good things about the house and Steven. The house was beautiful, it was everything we could’ve wanted and to have the additional beach supplies readily available was amazing! Steven answered so quickly and was happy to help however he could. 10/10 for us!!

I can't say enough about what a gracious host Violet is. Wonderful to deal with and very responsive. The home is brand new and beautiful, the pool and spa were a joy for our whole family. It was close to Boca Grande beaches which we frequented a few times. I would rent from a property owned by Violet anytime!

The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the screened in lanai and pool and hot tub. We were able to eat and play cards/games out under the over-hang in the lanai which was one of the highlights of the house. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Access to the beaches was still limited because they were still cleaning up from the previous hurricane.

Wonderful place, comfortable and cozy house. Jacuzzi, swimming pool is just wonderful. The house has everything you need for relaxation.

Great spot. Super nice and quiet neighborhood- seemed very residential. Easy 10-20 min drive had you at a few different beaches/ popular restaurants etc. host are very responsive.

This place was in the perfect location to put you tucked out of the way of the crazy busy Florida traffic but close enough to get to the surrounding areas in a reasonable time. We came to visit family and had them over for dinner one night at the Airbnb and it was a nice comfortable space to have guests with plenty of eating areas. Everything was very clean and decorated nicely. The extra amenities made our beach day easy to get started early already having sand toys and beach chairs for use. Would definitely recommend!

only thing is there was like 1 laundry tab 1 dish tab 2 trash bags they want ya 2 clean up but nothing 2 do it with .....so it wasnt provided an it was waterer down this dish soap an laundry soap had water in them as someone had refilled the bottles an its was only $1 tree items 2 began with so make sure you have extra or go shopping otherwise everything was WONDERFUL peaceful spacious it was a great time had 2 weird times someone i think the owner came an stopped by 2 xs. an was watching us on the Camaras was a lil weird if i must say please let people know your stopping by before you peep your head around the corner even if your staying a few houses down

Location was convenient and house was very clean and well kept. My family would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this privet quate property. It is as described and showns on the puctures. The property is located in quiet neighborhood, the landscape is well maintained. I didnt know at first it is a condo and there is other rental conected but we never heard any noice. It was very peaceful. Beautiful grounds. Full kitchen, has everything you need to cook a full meals, spacious rooms. The property has everything you need for vocation. It is close to alot of stores. About 15-20 min to popular beaches. Also there is a swiming pool at the property, very clean and well maintained, though we didnt use it alot. Showers were very clean, and good water pressure. I highly recomend this place ! The owner is friendly and responsive. Few things i would improve: the kitchen pans are stainless steel and it was hard to cook in them. Food would stick and burnt at the bottom. There are plenty of beach chairs but not umbrella unfortunately. Overall wonderful place!

From check in to check out this rental experience was great. The property is private, well appointed and large enough for our group of 8 adults, 2 children and a dog. The pool was excellent and the yard activities were top notch. The zip line was a family favorite.

This property is absolutely perfect for families! The house layout with a master suite wing, multiple living rooms and two additional bedrooms is ideal. The pool, hot tub and back patio area is a great hangout space! Even watched NCAA March Madness from the hot tub. The house is very well furnished with all kitchen needs, fun games and beach necessities. Five beach chairs, coolers, beach bags, beach toys and a wagon to make beach days very easy and fun. Our family felt at home and made lots a memories!

The location was great for work, the place had all the amenities that were needed during my stay.

Agata's villa was perfect and she was very responsive when we had a question. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, lanai dining table, the reading lights and comfortable furniture in the living room, the bathtub as well as shower in both bathrooms, the Smart TV (there are three TVs), and the beach and children's equipment in the garage. The complex is lovely, peaceful and private -- a good place to take a walk, swim in the pool, play pickleball with an active group, use the billiards table in the clubhouse, join in on occasional activities such as bingo or trivia. The area is close to grocery shopping, The Legacy Trail for biking, Tamiami Trail and convenient for traveling to area beaches. We plan to go back here again and again. Thank you, Agata!
