Newly renovated in April 2025, our 440 sq. ft. condo has a brand new kitchen, bathroom, shower, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and furniture. Steps to the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions. We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends. Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available. Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

This updated ranch has 3BR/2BA which sleeps 8 comfortably. 3-4 cars in driveway and street parking. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, and the plenty of seating in the living room with TV. Yard with outdoor shower is perfect to hangout after a long day. Yea! Come stay in beautiful Point Pleasant Beach,NJ! The apartment is walking distance to beach (5-10 min walk). Walk to boat-to-plate restaurants right on our street. The space is a clean, comfortable & private 2nd floor apartment with private entrance - top floor apartment of a 2- family house. Price is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $40/person/night. Linens & towels are included for bookings over $150 per night. Otherwise, we can provide for $10.
