We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to SM North Edsa. I rented this place because I had an event to attend to at the Skydome. The best part was the host—Sir Percie was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or provide assistance, which made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable for the quality of the apartment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay with excellent customer service!👍👍

I had such a pleasant stay here with my friends. The place is very aesthetic, clean, and well-maintained — talagang napaka-nice ng ambiance. Ang dami ring activities na pwedeng gawin like board games, karaoke, and cards, kaya hindi ka talaga mabobore. Pam was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly recommend this place to others. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

The unit is cozy and clean, though a bit small, it has most of what we need - considering the price, its worth it. The co-hosts are responsive and accomodating of requests, had no problems from check-in to check-out. The free amenities of The Residences such as the pool and gym are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely want to come back here again some time.

A good place to stay around Quezon City. The place is peaceful, calming and clean. It is also near the mall. The host is very helpful and responsive. The cost is worth it.

We had a wonderful time at Rachelle's place! The location was perfect, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops just steps away. The room was exceptionally clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. Rachelle was a truly responsive and helpful Host as she provided clear instructions for our checking in and out. We'll definitely be booking again in the future.

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our entire stay. From the thoughtful welcome snacks to the quick responses whenever we had a questions and requests, their hospitality truly stood out. The house was spacious, cozy, and exactly as described. We LOVE the big projector screen where we watched our favorite shows! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience. Can’t wait to return!

Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

t truly felt like a home away from home! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the love and care the owners put into the space—and we knew we had to treat it with the same respect. The house had everything we needed, from cookware and utensils to essentials like dish and hand soap—every little detail was thoughtfully provided. The rooms were fresh and spotless, and we especially loved Bedroom 1. It was the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, and stream shows or movies through the projector. The whole place had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. We’d definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was perfect for our big family. Location is close to stores, salon, laundromat and easy access to rides. My only complain is the lock. It was difficult to open or lock it. Although they are aware of it and they were planning to replace it. If you are looking for a big place to stay for your big family this will be perfect.

if you're just looking for an affordable place to sleep in and leave your belongings whilst outside. Consider this. A bit on the smaller side, but again. it's cheaper than others in the area.

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

The place was nice and cozy. All their amenities are great, from the AC to the coffee maker. I love how their bathroom is big. Having a washing machine is “perfect” for me.
