Denize ve sahile sadece 70 metre mesafede bulunan tarihi bir Rum evidir. Bulunduğu sokakta tarihi evler ve Osmanlı zamanından kalma Fransız lisesi vardir. Çevresinde kafeler, restaurantlar, eğlence merkezleri ve barlar vardır. İzmire ilk kez geliyorsaniz merkez Alsancaktir. Evim İzmirin en merkezi noktası olan Alsancak Kıbrıs şehitleri caddesi bölgesindedir. Alsancak çarşısına 20 metre mesafededir. Ulaşımı son derece kolay bir bölgededir. Metro, vapur ve tramvay duraklarına çok yakındır.

There are popüler cafes and restaurants nearby. With 500 mbps unlimited internet and wifi6 connection, you can both work online and enjoy Izmir. There is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. We have tastefully decorated our apartment considering the needs of travelers.
