This perfectly positioned two bed unit is located on the doorstep of Manly Harbour Village. Situated in a small boutique complex, this light and airy ground floor unit is walking distance to all that Manly has to offer including cafes, restaurants, Manly Train station, the Manly Marina, boutiques and shops, as well as 10km of walking and bike paths along the Esplanade from Wynnum to Lota. There is a private courtyard/patio area solely for you to enjoy as well as the pool shared by the complex.

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

Lovely one bedroom flat in Bayside Manly West

My place is a lovely private flat and is detached from the main house. There is public transport to the city at the end of the street. The airport is approx. 20 mins drive, 30 mins to the city, and the Wynnum/Manly Esplanade is only 7 mins away. My place is private, is in a convenient location and the quiet, leafy neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I do not accept children under 12 because of the pool. Off street parking is available.

The hosts live upstairs and will be available to assist if required, please note there may be some foot traffic noise from above.

Situated on top of the hill in Manly is The Spinnaker Studio. This bright and tranquil space with its own entrance and balcony is ideal for two people. Within a 10min walk there is an IGA center with a bottle shop, chemist and butcher and a choice of coffee shops,restaurants and bars. The Manly Esplanade and Royal Queensland Yacht squadron is a short stroll down the hill. It’s a great option for friends and family wanting the location and proximity to the city.

This has recently been built, although some areas are still a work-in-progress that we are working hard to finish. Close to the train station for journeys into Brisbane City or out to the Bayside.
