Completely private-totally separate suite (please note: this is attached to then main dwelling but with NO interior access). Property is owner occupied.

Our deluxe suite is located in quiet Silver Valley, a bedroom community 10 minutes from Maple Ridge. Enjoy breathtaking views of mountains, cranberry, blueberry fields as well as winding streams. The suite includes a large bedroom with a Sterns and Foster king mattress, premium linen, toiletries, 2 bathrobes, cell phone charging system. Family room is bright and cozy with a gas fireplace. All sofas recline, 55” TV with cable and Netflix.

Brand new Morningstair Built home with private secured suite for your enjoyment. Fully finished modern/rustic style basement with one bed and bathroom featuring a custom built live edge wet bar for entertaining and dining. Gourmet kitchen with dark wood cabinetry featuring quartz counters and insuite laundry.
