Beautiful modern newly remodeled guest room with separate private entrance (keyless entry) in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood of Mar Vista, just a few miles away from Venice Beach, Santa Monica & Marina Del Rey. The room has a work-from-home set-up, queen sized bed, private bathroom. No shared space (laundry) Plenty of street parking. Perfect place for out of town travelers for vacation or business! Located within 10-15 min of UCLA, Century City & Culver City 15 min to LAX airport.

PRIVATE WARM, COZY AND COMFY unit in the QUIET neighborhood of Mar Vista in the Westside of Los Angeles, 2 miles from the Venice, Marina del Rey and Santa Monica Beach Communities. With a designated parking space in the front driveway, with a personal entrance to the unit & a private bathroom. A nice public Park with an outdoor swimming pool, exercise equipment, basketball & tennis courts, skating park, play area & soccer field. Entertainment, dining, recreation & transportation are nearby.

5 min to LAX, Private Entrance, Studio Apartment

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

Everything is hypoallegenic and fragrance free: sheets, pillows, duvet and cover. We use fragrance free laundry detergent. It's a small room but guests appreciate the extra room in the hallway and patio.

West Los Angeles "Beachy" Cottage

This West Los Angeles beachy cottage is bright, cheerful and SPARKLING CLEAN. I employ a DEEP-CLEANING service to guarantee safety for my guests and I use non-toxic products. Designed with comfort and efficiency in mind, all bedding, mattress (by SAATVA), wall paint and cleaning products are Eco-Friendly and chemical free. The apartment is in the back garden with a private entrance and easy parking. The hot tub and outdoor shower are in the garden, steps away. A beautiful California retreat!
