The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. Amenites include: keyless entry, wifi, lots of movies & board games provided. As this is a basement suite and we live upstairs, you will hear us and our dogs at times.

If you're interested in walking it is about a 15 minute walk to the College, Recreation Center, and Jungle Mania (3 min drive). This is a family home located in a family oriented neighborhood with a small community feel and friendly atmosphere.
