Enjoy our 19th century guest house with an authenticity combined with modern aspects. Bask at of our views over our empty landscape and infinity pool. The Wifi arrives by satellite and is available for free. We are located in a valley so the cellular towers are a bit blocked. There are air conditioners located in both bedrooms only. Come to disconnect and stay in a Special Conservation Zone;Natura 2000. Please note that we live in nature which means both animals and insects live here too.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Begin je dag met een kop koffie op het loungeterras, neem een verfrissende duik in het zwembad en sluit af met een diner van de BBQ onder de sterrenhemel. De vakantiewoning maakt deel uit van een meer dan 150 jaar oude boerenwoning, maar is geheel zelfstandig met eigen oprit en eigen opgang. Het heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Het zoutwaterzwembad is fenomenaal gelegen en biedt een fantastisch uitzicht.

La villa è circondata da un grande giardino, ricco di piante e fiori di ogni genere. Ad impreziosire l’esterno, una piscina immersa nel verde, perfetta per momenti di relax o divertimento. Casa Vali è la soluzione vacanziera ideale per le famiglie, con grandi spazi dove i bambini possono giocare in totale tranquillità.

Lovely and completely independent guest house. Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. Part of a 15th century monastery surrounded by fields. Main house is rarely used as we live in Britain so you are likely to have the large grounds and pool to yourselves! A gatekeeper lives in another outbuilding and is available for any issues. Please note that 2 lovely dog puppies live at the property and they are used to children.

Ruime woonkamer, Keuken met vaatwasser, Grote inloop douche en airco. het heeft 2 Slaapkamers. De kinderkamer is voorzien van een stapelbed maar kan ook voorzien worden van een 2 persoons onderbed. Op het buiten terras heeft u alle privacy.

An exclusive residence at the foot of Monte Nerone, minutes from Acqualagna (the truffle capital), Fossombrone, Cagli, and the Furlo Gorge (the sea is 35 minutes away). We offer 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, an independent kitchen, a library, and a billiard room. Complimentary access to the outdoor pool and Technogym gym (08:00 – 20:00), plus Wi-Fi, billiards, and BBQ. For total relaxation, the SPA area is available for an additional fee.

Casale Monticchio / The Barns, up to 5 people

Two adjoining barns gave us 120sqm to form this guest house. Where possible, we have left all the stone walls exposed so there is a warm atmosphere throughout the year. Once upon a time was a mezzanine level in one of the barns so we reinstated it to create the second sleeping area above what is now the living room. With the help of a local blacksmith, we were able to make a 4m high single door, linking the terrace to the living room.

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.

La camera con ingresso privato, ampia e luminosa, si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Perugia. L'ho ristrutturata con cura e raffinatezza nel 2018, per ospitare al meglio chi visita la città. Nella camera troverete anche un grazioso tavolino per gustare le nostre colazioni, o magari un piatto di pasta: la mini-cucina a scomparsa è a vostra disposizione.
