Yacht Club Beauty....walking distance to the beach

Our house is walking distance from the Cape Coral Yacht Club & Beach. We have five bicycles with baskets in good working condition, You're going to want to cruise this fabulous neighborhood! This area is sought after because its so close to everything.The restaurant Tiki Bar & Grill is temporarily closed, they are constructing a temporary quick build that should be up& running within the month.... I recently installed a level three EV 50 amp dewalt charging station, free to use with permission.

Four bedrooms total: two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with two XL twins, and four bunk beds for the kiddos in an adjoining bedroom off of the master bedroom. Large kitchen with sight lines to the pool and patio. Two bathrooms perfect for two separate families on either side of the house. Less than 5 minute walk to public beach entrance next to JW Marriott. Bikes and games for the family, and a washer and dryer available.
