We have been coming to PG for over 25 yrs. We have family here. We decided to come with our friends and children. Troy’s home was the perfect setting for all our needs. The house was clean and beautiful with all the amenities needed. When we contacted Troy he immediately responded. Anyone wishing to come to Punta Gorda would be very pleased staying at Troy’s place. This place is amazing and has everything you need for a fun getaway. The best part is that it’s a 5 minute walk to Tigertail Park/Beach. We saw burrowing owls and gopher tortoises while walking in the neighborhood, which was an added bonus! The neighborhood is super quiet. It’s very convenient to have Tigertail so close by to venture into the lagoon, take a walk on the beach, or observe the beautiful sunsets! The owner was proactive in calling us with all of the instructions before our check in and was very responsive when texting questions. We would definitely rent again!

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

I highly recommend staying at this home! The pool area was amazing, the pool was warm and so beautiful in the evening! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals which is so important to me! It felt like home away from home! Keith was immediately responsive with anything we needed! Keith was so accommodating in working with us due to flight times changing! Perfect trip!

Everything was perfect. Home was well stocked with everything you need for home and beach. Patti was a great communicator. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Great location!

Beautiful home, extremely clean, quiet neighborhood. The pool was wonderful; we had so much fun swimming. The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, and beach cart were super appreciated, and we took them all to the beach everyday. We had a really comfortable stay. We had a few issues early in the stay but John was very responsive and took care of them right away.

place was clean, comfortable, somewhat crowded in bedroom with king size bed but it worked. pleanty of extras. Bikes , grill, beach bag with towels for our use. we struggled to find the place . Our gps took us to some non discript stretch of Summerlin drive. I think the sign in the front of the community showed a different name than what we were given, but we found the place. If you go to Bunche Beach wear bug spray, the no see ums chewed us up the first time. WE drove to Sannibel Island 2 days to enjoy light house beach. easier parking crown ds were not as big as on Ft Meyer Beach. This was our first time in a senior community. Our only complaint was that we missed our kids and 8 grandkids. We are not used to all the peace and quite.
