Dimora di 90 metri quadri nel centro storico di Monopoli, con splendida vista mare e terrazza di proprietà ,la vista regala scorci unici della cittadina, con i suoi campanili, le sue chiese e la costa del Mar Adriatico. Casa ubicata nel cuore della città , a pochi minuti a piedi dalla prima spiaggia libera e dal centro. Nei dintorni ristoranti, alimentari e bar, negozi, attività per la famiglia, vita notturna.
