You'll have a private deck, private bathroom, private entrance, and private living space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon/sofa in the living area that makes a twin-size bed. Sofa bed is NOT recommended for adults. New King Bed. Private, the whole place is yours! No shared walls; our home is behind the cabin. Great for travellers, kayakers, and campers. Walking distance to parks, river, store, bar & grill. RV parking on request. EV charging available with advance arrangements only.

Durng Ironman, July 17th reservation for 3 days only. Cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. please don't not to leave food out.

Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard.
