Marion is just outside of Cedar Rapids, a great location for any area events. Spacious, open two bedroom apartment in a 4plex. You'll be so comfortable in this lower level two bedroom. Large windows in each room allow for great natural lighting. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, one with a desk set up for convenience. Kitchen includes full size stove, fridge and dishwasher. Window/wall air conditioning, but it cools the unit quite well. Fans provided for your convenience.

Have fun with the whole family at this calm, quiet, stylish apartment. The apartment offers a large master bedroom with a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin size top and a full size lower bed, a spacious living room with a 65 inch smart TV, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. Guest review summary: clean, comfortable and cozy! Our place is well equipped for your stay in town. Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Newly remodeled upstairs studio apartment in a 4-plex, this unit has a queen size bed, and queen size air mattress, with a separate entrance. There are 3 other units to choose from on the Airbnb site, all similar to this unit. Conveniently located near Czech Village, and New Bohemia. Close to many restaurants, Breweries, local shops and bars with live music venues. Steps away from bike/walking trail, and Mt Trashmore. 30 mins to Amana Colonies, 30 mins to Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City.

"The best Airbnb stateside!" according to one guest review. Just one block from NewBo Market in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, this sparkling clean, cozy and eclectic space is the upper apartment of an 1890s era home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once slated for demolition, the Heart House was fully restored (in a way that charms everyone) to include a first floor shop and a second floor apartment. Guests especially love the clawfoot tub with rainfall showerhead.

Named after it’s neighborhood roots, this 2 bedroom apartment is full of charm. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!
