Stocked with all the amenities you'll need to enjoy your stay and maybe a few extras, including coffee from a local roaster, teas and homemade bread. Unplug and relax at our Boat House Cottage nestled near the Linville river at the foot of the Linville Gorge. This cozy cottage makes for a great home base for adventurous trips to Western NC. Easy access to hiking, biking, and paddling. A stocked kitchenette allows for making adventure snacks, or take the short drive to Fonta Flora Brewery. The king bed and comfy futon allow for post-adventure relaxing, outdoor fire pit available or cool off in the river.

Check out nearby area's open for business, including Black Mountain, Marion, Blowing Rock, Nantahala, and our sweet local Brewery Hillmann!!! Limit one load of laundry per night. FYI, you share the yard with our other guests and our 3 sweet dogs.
