Yosemite Bird Nest- Bass Lake

Rustic, historic 500 sq. foot studio cottage comfortable for 2 people but will accommodate up to 4 by request. Located 5 miles above Oakhurst. Only 13 miles to the south ENTRANCE of Yosemite, about 35 miles to Badger Pass ski area, 47 miles to Yosemite Valley and only 3 miles to Bass Lake. Bird and wildlife friendly yard so expect "interesting" surroundings. Eco friendly. People from all walks of life are welcome here. Also I will consider by request one night bookings if the date is available.

Yosemite, hiking, seasonal white water rafting, skiing and snowboarding are an easy day trip. Fishing, swimming, boating at Bass Lake. Historic Mariposa and the town of Oakhurst, shops and restaurants. Choice of a beautiful scenic 35 mile drive to South entrance and a 44 mile drive to Arch Rock entrance of Yosemite.

Lots of room and privacy. Twenty minutes to Yosemite Park south and central entrances. Close to lakes , snow play, hiking, restaurants and shops. Family and pet friendly . TV in all rooms with WiFi. Large well equipped kitchen for your special meals. Easy access to highway and ample flat parking that can accommodate multiple vehicles .Beautiful views ,propane fire pit and BBQ for outdoor evenings on the patio while stargazing. Comfortable home,with wide doorways and no steps.

Beautifully located 32 miles from the South entrance of Yosemite National Park. 48 miles from the Arch Rock entrance (El Portal) of Yosemite National Park. 30 minutes from Bass Lake , and 20 minutes from downtown Mariposa. Our cottage will offer you the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. A fresh cup of coffee on the back patio as the sun comes up, or a home cooked meal as the sun sets. This spacious newly built guest house is a separate building and has its own private entrance with keyless lock for self-check in. The studio sleeps 4 people (queen bed and comfortable futon), has a full kitchen equipped with a hot plate. It offers easy access to Yosemite National Park (30 minutes to the entrance and 1.5 hours to Yosemite Valley) and Bass Lake (15 minutes). Town center, stores and restaurants are 1.5 miles away. EV charging is available for extra fee ($30).

Clouds Rest Studio is conveniently located in the town of Mariposa, on the way to Yosemite. The studio features a queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, a brand new bathroom, and a spacious outdoor patio. After a day of visiting Yosemite, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio and then walk to nearby restaurants. The studio is a ten-minute walk to the grocery store, a YARTs bus stop, coffee shops, a historic courthouse, a museum, and multiple restaurants.

Nature's Window

Nature's Window is like glamping in Yosemite!The guest house is surrounded by woods and is a clean, comfortable, quiet and most importantly relaxing space. Every guest we have has absolutely loved it and found this little gem to be very comfortable, peaceful and rejuvenating! We are about a 30 minute drive to Yosemite's South Gate, and 20 minutes from Bass Lake.
