Ottima soluzione per chi desidera vivere il mare ad ogni ora del giorno, è un fronte spiaggia composto da due camere da letto matrimoniali, ognuna con il proprio bagno, e una sala cucina vista mare con divano letto. Punto forza è indubbiamente la spaziosa terrazza vista mare da cui si possono godere dei meravigliosi tramonti ed è attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e ombreggiante elettrico. Per i nostri ospiti ricca colazione e kit cortesia igiene persona/casa. Zona ben servita da attività commerciali

Beach house - just a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Bellissima Casa sulla Spiaggia-Andrew’Shome

Playita è una casa sulla spiaggia che si affaccia su un’incantevole insenatura. Dal terrazzino privato si accede direttamente al mare dove potrete fare una nuotata appena svegli o scorgere delle viste mozzafiato. Il corpo principale della casa è composto da un soggiorno comunicante con la cucina, due bagni, due camere matrimoniali. Sul retro si accede a una terrazza che si affaccia sulla piazzetta di Torre Pali. La casa si trova a due km circa dalle Maldive del Salento.
