Blue Willow 1100 sq ft Cottage is on a 14-acre property called Warbler's Roost, situated on Deer Lake, 20 min west of South River, north of Huntsville. It is 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only) and near many trails. The cottage includes 3 bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, & large open concept kitchen/dining/living room - max 6 people allowed including children. There are 2 docks at our waterfront, a 4-minute walk from the cottage, kayaks & canoes. BBQ is included

On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
