Ahmet went above and beyond to make sure my stay is confortable and relaxing , I had some challenges with the taxi driver but luckily Ahmet was there to welcome me and resolved it with the driver , Ahmet helped not only with accommodation but also his recommendation for restaurant and taxi going back to airport . Ahmet is very nice , polite and great host

Tertemiz olmasının yanı sıra evde her şey titizlikle ve en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Ev sahipleri hiç bir detayı atlamamışlar. Bölgeyi anlatan harita ve kitapçıkların evde bulunması ve terasta mangal yapmak için çok kullanışlı bir teçhizat olması bu detaylardan bazıları. Ayrıca son derece dost canlısı, yardım sever insanlar. Nevaziye hanım ile tanışmış olmaktan çok mutlu oldum. Yine gitmek isterim ve herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

C’est mon quatrième séjour ici et je suis satisfaite comme d’habitude. Endroit sécurisé et propre, correspond tout à fait à mes attentes. Notre hôte était souriant, disponible et répondait rapidement quand je le contactais. Je recommande fortement ce logement 😍🙏🏼

Serkan's apartment is quite unique. The location is excellent: a vibrant neighborhood with excellent bars and restaurants, but also great places for kids such as a part, a basketball court and access to a Bosphorus walk. Still, the house is a bit protected and does not get any of the noise of these places. the apartment is quite special, very well structured, lots of space and 3 bedrooms, which is very rare in Istanbul! If you are travelling with kids/family, this is the perfect place for you!

شقة واسعة مكونة من صالتين وغرفتي نوم السراير مريحة ونظيفة واثاثها ممتاز شاشتين تلفزيون كبيرة جدا اثنين بلكونة للجلسات والشوي مطبخ جيد مواقف سيارات امام الباب مجاني كل شي كان جميل ولكن في غرف النوم لايوجد طاولات بجانب السرير يمكن وضع الاشياء عليها

Haftasonunu geçirmek için tercih etmiştin, bu ev sayesinde geçirdiğim en iyi haftasonlarından biriydi. Ev inanılmaz huzurlu, her ayrıntısı inanılmaz güzel. Son derece temizdi. Balkonda deniz manzarasına karşı oturmak inanılmaz keyifli. Burcu hanım da çok tatlıydı, baştan sona bizimle ilgilendi. Kedisi Luna da bir o kadar tatlıydı, haftasonumuza renk kattı. Her şey dahil şahane bir deneyimdi.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Apartament exact ca în fotografii,foarte aproape de Marele Bazar și stația de tramvai/metrou;magazine,restaurante și cafenele foarte aproape de locație. Ținând cont ca se afla la demisol, este puțin mai greu cu aerisirea camerelor dar usa de la unul dintre dormitoare este utila pentru asa ceva.Are tot ce îți trebuie pe perioada cazării la un preț rezonabil.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Manola is such a great host - very friendly and responsive! She puts a lot of effort in running the place and the place itself is super cozy! You have everything that you may need, it’s clean, and it looks very nice! I’d love to be back :)

Evin konumu mükemmel, adanın huzurlu atmosferini tam anlamıyla hissettiriyor. 3+1 geniş ve ferah bir alan sunuyor, her şey tertemiz ve çok özenliydi. Ezgi hanım inanılmaz misafirperver ve iletişimi çok hızlıydı. Balkonunda kahve içmek ve ada havasını solumak büyük keyifti. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer! 2,5 yaşındaki bebeğimizle evimizdeymişçesine rahat bir konaklama oldu. Ev tertemizdi ve yeterli derecede mobilya mevcuttu. Birkaç eksik dışında mutfak da kullanışlıydı (tuz, çay, şeker, kahve sunulup mevcut olanlar takip edilebilir, cezve, limonluk gibi memnuniyet verebilecek ek eşyalar sağlanabilir). Zeynep ve Yüksel Hanım çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar ikisine de teşekkür ederiz. Yine konaklamayı kesinlikle düşünürüm.
