Σας καλωσορίζουμε στη νεόκτιστη οικία μας όπου νοικιάζουμε ξεχωριστό lux ημι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα 60τ.μ. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, διαθέτει κήπο, πισίνα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). It's an independent and comfortable apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Μόλις 4 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την ξακουστή παραλία της Μεγάλης Άμμου. Υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και 2 αναπαυτικοί καναπέδες-κρεβάτια (Δωμάτιο και σαλόνι), γραφείο, ισχυρό wi-fi, ηλιακός και πλήρης εξοπλισμός κουζίνας. Cosy seafront appartment at porto rafti's marina. Right next to the sea, you can hear the waves , 20m from a small beach. Cafes and restaurants at 1min. 20mim to the airport. Beautiful 3rd floor apartment 30sqm (without elevator) with a magnificent view. Διαμερισμα μπροστά στην θάλασσα στο υπέροχο λιμανάκι του Πορτο Ραφτη. Παραλία για μπανιο στα 20μ, όμορφες ταβέρνες και μπαρ με τα πόδια σε 5λεπτα. Σε πολυ ήσυχο σημειο. Στον 3ο όροφο ( χωρίς ασανσέρ) επιφάνειας 30μ2.
