This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

The Breeze is a small and stylish studio apartment located in a quiet, beach side street in Maroochydore. Surrounded by local shops, coffee and eats, The Breeze offers a blissful escape with the ocean lapping only 400m away. Situated on the ground floor of our two-storey family beach house, The Breeze has its own private entry. Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away.
