Facing the Atlas, this splendid guest house is located just minutes from the city center of Marrakech, on the road to Ouarzazate and near the main golf courses (Royal, Amelkis) heart of a park of one hectare, planted with olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, roses and other flowers. Domaine Des Délices has 6 spacious suites and a family suite (2 beautiful rooms). Each suite, located in the Riad or the villa of the Domain, is made in the greatest respect of the Moroccan decoration (tadelakt, cedar and walnut wood, copper, bejmat natural, carpet ...) and with all the modern comfort . 6 suites: Suite Aubergine, Suite Cannelle, Suite Jacaranda, Suite Pistache, Suite Safran and Suite Terre d'Ocre. 1 family suite: 2 beautiful rooms Composition of a suite: Living room with fireplace - Office - Dressing room- King size bed (180x200) - Bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes, hair dryer and welcome products) - Television with LCD screen - Mini bar - Safe - Air conditioning. The price is fixed according to the number of people (maximum 16). The rate includes breakfast and a snack on arrival. The city tax (2.50 € / pers / night) is not included in the price. At the foot of the majestic Atlas Mountains, this magnificent guest house and its Riad call for relaxation and well-being in a setting that inspires the conviviality and hospitality of Moroccan culture. For your sports or relaxation stays, the Domaine des Délices puts at your disposal a large swimming pool, a tennis court (rackets and balls available), petanque, table tennis, table football ..., gym, massage room and steam room. Charming riad in the heart of the historic district of Dar El Bacha, near the new town, 5 minutes walk from the famous Djema'a el-Fna and the souks. You will be welcomed by the owners friendly, smiling and discreet. For the sake of authenticity that place has been renovated in a traditional way, with the ancestral knowledge of local artisans. The house consists of a lounge with a fireplace, satellite TV, WIFI and a few art books on Morocco, a patio with a wall fountain, 4 double bedrooms on the ground floor , tadelakt bathrooms, a large terrace with fireplace, a solarium, a living room covered and a panoramic terrace overlooking the Medina, the Koutoubia and the Atlas Mountains.

This beautiful Riad is in one of the best area in Marrakech ,near the king castle. 7 minutes from airport and 10 minutes walking from Jamaa el fna. This Riad has 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms .The rooftop is amazing and Fati will take care of you during your stay she will prepare your breakfast everyday and clean the riad. The area is safe with a big parking 3 minutes from the Riad and you will find all kind of grocery in the area . This Riad was my own home for 15 years so it has a real soul :-).

Onze Belgische gastheer woont ter plaatse en haalt je gratis op van de luchthaven. Hij staat dag en nacht voor je klaar. Te voet bereikbaar: souks (600m), Jemaa el-Fna & Koutoubia (20 min). Taxi's rijden om de 4 minuten voor de deur. Geniet van een Marokkaanse kookles en heerlijke maaltijden .
