Well furnished with new luxury queen bed, new sheets, two new 40 inch HD flat screen TV's, great WiFi, new fridge, new microwave, Sleeper sofa in living room, small 1950's bathrooms with clean small walk in showers, new toilets and new sinks. Guest controlled heat/air conditioning, new paint, and new flooring. Great location across Lakeshore Dr. from the award winning Ludington City Stearns Beach, North Breakwall, and Lighthouse. Seasonal heated outdoor pool. Only five blocks from Downtown Ludington with restaurants, shops, grocery store, galleries, and Sandcastles Children's Museum.

Welcome! This stylish, well-appointed house is perfect for families, girlfriend getaways, or couples looking for a beach getaway. What truly makes it special is the location. Just two blocks from popular downtown restaurants and shops and a ten-minute stroll to Lake Michigan (or use the bikes we provide). Nearby attractions include golf pickleball, strolling beautiful beaches, climbing dunes, or simply relaxing at the beach. Ludington State Park (a Pure Michigan treasure) is a ten-minute drive.

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage, lakefront private beach

Take it easy at this very private and tranquil getaway. Two bedrooms with large bonus room comfortably sleeps six. Spacious yard and beach area to relax and unwind. Great lake for fishing or swimming off our water trampoline! Spend your evenings around the fire pit (BYO firewood) enjoying time with friends and family. Lots of parking for multiple vehicles. Ludington beaches are an easy 20 minute drive, or go hit the ORV/Hiking trails in the Baldwin area with trail heads just minutes away!

West Wing on the Lake, enjoy view, hot tub, sauna!

Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

Come let the stress melt away in this very peaceful, clean and cozy cottage. Bass Lake access is just a short walk down the road.
