Absolutely perfect villa. Totally secure garden and pool area and all the amenities you need. Very clean and very responsive host. We book in villa massages through Stan which were also great. Only thing to note is that rooms two and three are accessed in the garden so villa would not be suitable if you have very young children. Worked perfectly with us and totally safe but worth knowing. Thanks Stan.

Wir waren 11 Tage bei Jose zu Gast und hatten die Gelegenheit ihn persönlich treffen und kennenlernen zu dürfen. Er ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und extrem freundlicher Gastgeber. Eine Unfreundlichkeit konnten wir ihm in keinsterweise nachsagen. Vor und während unseres Aufenthalts wurden uns hilfreiche Tips zur Verfügung gestellt und er hat sich regelmäßig bei uns erkundigt. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein traditionelles kanarisches Haus, welches liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet wurde. Ein Schimmelbefall oder ähnlich gesundheitlich bedenkliche Situationen konnte von uns nicht festgestellt werden. Den Pool konnten wir auf 30 Grad aufzuheizen lassen was wir gerne genutzt haben. Die zuschaltbare Whirlpool Funktion war perfekt für eine Entspannung. Ein Highlight waren die 4 Hühner im Garten. Auch hier durften wir uns an den frisch gelegten Eiern frei bedienen. Wir haben uns bei Jose sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns immer wieder bedenkenlos für Haus und Gastgeber entscheiden.

Il posto è meraviglioso, addormentarsi con le onde del mare non ha prezzo. Molto Pulito e davvero ben tenuto sia l’ alloggio che tutto il contesto intorno, spazi comuni, spiaggia. Lidia molto gentile e veloce nelle comunicazioni.

Thank you for having us a guests! The place was as described and felt like home away from home. Great location for kids and a family travelling together as you have the swimming pool and beach to your doorstep. Family-friendly facilities are provided too which was very useful! Thank you again!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft um sofortige Entspannung zu finden. Wir sind zu zweit ohne Auto angereist und waren während unserem Aufenthalt mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, somit konnten wir uns jeden Tag mit frisch zubereitetem Essen verpflegen. Mike ist äußerst höflich, respektvoll, freundlich, entgegenkommend und sympathisch. Sein Zuhause ist traumhaft schön und gepflegt. Wenn man sich auf die Landschaft und die Abgeschiedenheit einlassen kann wird man belohnt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, sodass wir jeden Tag spontan ans Meer konnten. Besonders als Familie mit Kindern war das ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie braucht. Unsere Kinder haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt und hatten genug Platz zum Spielen. Auch die Ausstattung war top – von Hochstuhl bis Babybett war alles vorhanden und stand bereits bereitgestellt. Fátima war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het huisje is ruim, schoon, leuk en van alles voorzien. Ruim terras om tot rust te komen na een wandeling en van de omgeving te genieten. En natuurlijk de jacuzzi. Ewelina is heel vriendelijk en reageert heel snel op eventuele vragen.

all'interno di un complesso di tre resort si trova l appartamento . Grande, arioso, con in terrazzo splendido che affaccia sulla baia , l appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica per godersi il mare e le diverse piscine del resort. nel complesso si trovano ristoranti bar super market. la fermata dell autobus è a 5m e ci sono taxi giusto davanti la reception. il resort è dotato di un parcheggio a pagamento nel caso si noleggiasse un auto. È sicuramente uno dei migliori posti per trascorrere del tempo rilassati e lontani dal caos continentale.

This is a beautiful traditional house with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. We loved the sun terrace and the upstairs sitting room was a lovely place to relax in the chilly evenings. Lots of attention to detail and beautifully decorated throughout. The village shop and bar was great (not open all the time, check times locally) and we walked up to Santa Lucia a few times as well - great bakeries and other facilities. The only negative during our stay was some intrusive construction noise in the village which we understand is totally out of control of the host. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Alles super, alleen parkeren kan wat lastig zijn als je laat terugkomt, maar verder alles top.

Lovely place in a great location. Easy walk to Playa Del Ingles beach & the Dunes. Nearest restaurants & bars 1 minute away. Eli was really helpful throughout. Great comms before & during the trip. Property was exactly as listed. Perfect for a family of 4. Pool was great and we usually had it to ourselves.

Sinceramente es un sitio muy tranquilo y no le falta de nada,pasamos un gran fin de semana.Sara que fue quien nos atendió nos ofreció un gran trato para que nos sintieramos como en casa. Lo recomiendo y seguro volveremos.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Had a fantastic break at Diegos place. Beautiful views over the sea with sunsets ! Great location with easy access to transport and restaurants. Apartment was spotless, comfortable and as described. Have booked our return already.

Erg fijn verblijf! Luxe en aan het strand. Het is een fijn complex ook met veel voorzieningen. De host is heel aardig en reageert direct!

Massimiliano was literally waiting for us to show and explain us everything. Very friendly . You can reach him all the time if you have questions. The location is very central and close to main spots. He is a carrying host and trying to make your time in the appartement as nice as possible. We liked it very much .

Clary war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Es hat nichts gefehlt und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum geheizten Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage war gut gepflegt und für unser Auto haben wir immer in unmittelbarer Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Ein deutscher Bäcker und zahlreiche Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig der Bungalowanlage zu finden.

Veldig fin plass, har alt en kan tenke seg av utstyr, kort vei til alt. Anlegget var reint og fint, god plass ved bassengområdet. Her vil vi reise tilbake.

La casa es espectacular. Muy acogedora, cómoda, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días desconectados de la ciudad. La terraza estupenda, la piscina y un salón de juegos increíble! Zona muy tranquila. Nacho es muy atento y amable, nos ha dado muchas facilidades y ha estado muy atento. Esperamos volver pronto!

Lovely place, well equipped and comfortable in a relaxed and safe feeling family area. It’s a little quiet so better to have a car to get about although the buses are good I understand and you can walk (along a main road) about 10 minutes to supermarkets and a few restaurants in a nice setting nearby. Parking a little tricky but we always found something a few minutes walk away, even over busy weekends. There is everything you need in the apartment and the view with the palm trees, sea and pool is lovely. The pool is very clean and nice. An easy place to relax and base from. The tide on the beach was quite high we were told this is why there wasn’t much sand and more rocks whilst we were there, but it didn’t matter as we went out and had the nice pool also. Antonella was good communicating with us and when we were delayed on arrival getting our car at the airport she made arrangements for our check in with a neighbour.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, schöne Gegend, gut zum Wandern geeignet. Der Gastgeber Jürgen ist immer gut zu erreichen, ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung standen Wein und Obst bereit, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Alles bestens gelaufen. Claudia hat immer schnell reagiert und die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Eine schöne Woche in einer sehr guten Lage. Kommen bestimmt wieder

We had the most brilliant holiday here. The view and setting was breathtaking, both during the day with the views of the mountains and at night with amazing visibility of the stars. The house itself had everything you could ever need and was the perfect place for a peaceful retreat. Camil and Wendy were great hosts, super responsive and provided very clear guidance. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Very comfortable house with cute little swimming pool and beautiful view. Host is helpful and extra nice. The area is nice for a family with children, it is quiet with many activities closeby.
