Welcome to Casale Amerina, an idyllic place to rest, rebalance and revitalise. This is a much-loved Umbrian farmhouse, with stylish contemporary interior, set in wonderful Umbrian countryside. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

Close to Siena, Val d’Orcia and countless hot springs . A private paradise surrounded by divine dining and hilltop jewels of antiquity like Montepulciano and Montalcino of sublime wines.

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Questa incantevole villa si trova a Massa Martana, in un punto strategico in Umbria per poter ammirare tutte le bellezze del territorio. La vecchia quercia adorna la casa, è la prima cosa che si vede quando si arriva, per questo l'abbiamo chiamata Villa le Querce. Vanta 2 appartamenti separati composti ciascuno da 4 posti letto, un bagno, una cucina e una zona giorno. Si può mangiare all'aperto, magari la grigliata cotta nel nostro barbecue fatto a mano e un buon bicchiere di vino rosso!

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Dit ruime appartement op de eerste verdieping van deze typische Umbrische boerderij is van alle gemakken voorzien. De woonkamer met open keuken kan verwarmd worden door een pelletkachel in de koudere perioden. Er zijn twee ruime slaapkamers waarvan een met een tweepersoonsbed en de andere met een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed. Dit kan echter ook worden veranderd in drie eenpersoonsbedden. In de ruime tuin staat een tuinset die bij het appartement hoort.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio.
