La Ferme en Tuiles, is het huisje dat deel uitmaakt van de boerderij. Het heeft een eigen ingang en tuin. Er is een goed ingerichte keuken, een woonkamer met slaapbank, een prachtige badkamer en een slaapzolder. Er is een hout- en oliekachel aanwezig, de stookkosten komen bovenop de huurprijs. Hout en/of olie bij ons of in de bouwmarkt te koop. Het huisje is geschikt voor maximaal 3 personen. De omgeving is uitermate geschikt voor mensen die van rust, de natuur, cultuur en lekker eten houden.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente aux confins de la Dordogne/Haute Vienne et Charente pour se ressourcer en couple ou en famille. Lieu idéal pour promenade en forêt et bord de rivière. Vous trouverez dans les environs proches: Un golf international (3 km), un terrain de tennis (5 km), centre équestre à 2 km, activité de canoë à 1/4 heure ( Montbron) et le lac de St Mathieu ou de Verneuil avec plage à 20 km. A l'automne beaucoup de champignons pour les amateurs!

Le logement se situe à 5 min de la rochefoucauld et de ces nombreux lieux historique, commerces et restaurants. 20km d'Angoulême 1h de cognac. Bon séjour! :)
