Fantastic place! Diane gave clear instructions, check in was quick and easy. Place is neat, tidy and perfect for 2-3 pax. Diane also provided some simple breakfast (i.e bread, milk & cereals). Overall a very pleasant stay and experience!

Another lovely stay at Adrienne’s. Her place is spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed and the pool was so nice as the weekend was very hot and sunny. It’s a peaceful spot and has everything you need plus a few extras. This is definitely our favourite place to stay in the Hamilton area and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Marlee’s place. Her guest suite was so cozy and quaint in a beautiful setting. It was the perfect contrast after a hotel stay in the city. There were so many thoughtful touches like extra snacks, a nice breakfast spread, and homemade kombucha! Maree was friendly and communicative. The location was close to town, Hobbiton movie set and Waitomo caves. I would highly recommend Maree’s place to anyone visiting the area.

It was a great stay experience. The house is very beautiful, the rooms are clean, tidy and extremely warm and comfortable. And it's quite easy to find.

The place was cosy and lovely, suitable for a short peaceful getaway. Graham was helpful and flexible, also provides many instructions and suggestions for local attractions. Highly recommended.

This is a fabulous airbnb. Hotel quality and very stylish interior, gorgeous large bathroom with great products. Every small detail has been thought of . Tomato sauce and plastic wine glasses for fish and chips at the beach . Treats and breakfast in fridge. You’d be crazy not to choose this for a great retreat weekend . Hosts are super friendly and even gave us a bag of avacados to take home.

An abslautely beautiful place to stay, Miriam was so friendly and helpful with everything. Close to town to get food as well as the Hobbiton Movie Set which was a 15min drive. The only bad thing was having to leave such a wonderful place and waking up the the horses in the bedroom window. Myself and my partner loved it, highly recommend staying!

Denise went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering helpful tips, local recommendations, and making us feel truly valued. We loved our night at Melissa and Charlie’s barn house. Very clean and comfortable. Coming from Auckland we had the country experience we were looking for including the beautiful pigs and roosters. We would highly recommend

Kawa Cottage was very pleasant from first entering the property & we totally enjoyed our brief stay. The property was nice & modern with all amenities available as listed. It's one of the best Airbnbs in which we have stayed so far. Stunning location. Secluded, surrounded by peace, farms, stock, sheep, birds, avos, etc. Sally was extremely friendly and responsive all the time. The hosts were so kind that they allowed us to use their pool while we were there. Amazing place, you have everything to have a pleasant stay, surrounded by a peaceful and secluded place. It's amazing to have breakfast in the morning where all you can hear is the breeze, the birds, and those views of the sea and the hills full of cows, sheep, etc. Thank you Sally, the place was amazing. For sure, we will be back.
