This beautiful apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, an office space, internet and washer/dryer. It sleeps 4 comfortably and can fit 6 if you want to be very cozy. Grocery stores and restaurants are within a few minutes drive. We are within 10 minutes of Flat Top and other hiking spots and Hill Top Ski Area. We are 20 minutes from downtown.

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.
