Peaceful recently renovated home on Matlacha Island. This 3 bedroom 2 full bath home sits on a waterfront canal just a few feet from open water. Enjoy some of the best fishing in Florida and park your boat on the dock. This home includes kayaks, a paddle board, and bicycles to roam around to the many shops and restaurants in the area. So much love is put into this home you will see and feel it. Can sleep up to 10. 50’ of dock to Tie up multiple boats. This close to town home is in a quiet neighborhood with Gulf access. You can drink your coffee and mimosas overlooking the tranquil water. Don’t want to cook breakfast? You can walk to town in 10 min or ride one of the bikes to the Perfect Cup or have lunch at another Matlacha restaurant. Your family will enjoy fishing off the dock, corn hole, board games, bbq, and Pac-Man.
