Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

For our first visit to Rincón, the gorgeous ocean views from our semi private balcony and the pool, made this stay a memorable trip! It was also only a less than 10 minute drive to town, to check out the restaurants and shops. The apartment had plentiful amenities, including beach gear which was super helpful as we spent most of our days traveling to beaches and experiencing that natural surroundings. Unfortunately during our stay there was island-wide blackout for several days and the hotel does not have backup generators. However, the hosts were communicative with updates from the power company and even provided us with some helpful supplies to manage. But be sure to bring portable chargers and rechargeable or solar powered fans, as this will be an issue anywhere that doesn’t have generators on the island and you should be prepared. All in all a solid stay, and we will definitely return!

Simplemente perfecto! La paz, la brisa, la naturaleza y vistas de las montañas desde la piscina. A 10 min de la #2 y 20min de Rincón. Excelente trato de parte de Melvin y su equipó. Gracias, regresaré!

We loved our stay at Mara and Marks place! Waking up to the ocean in the morning, watching the sunset each evening and every peaceful moment in between was everything we were looking for. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the stainless steel cooking pots, aloe for sunburns, AC in the bedroom after a long day in the sun and access to a grill to cook on at sunset. Mark was responsive to all of our questions and a joy to meet! The location was close to everything. If you can plan your trip to include a Thursday it's worth visiting the art walk in the town square at night time! Great way to immerse in the local culture. I agree with other reviews that say to book this place if it's available. Don't hesitate! We hope to come back and enjoy this beautiful oasis again. Thanks for having us!

We had a great time at Angie’s place despite the 48 hr power outage on the whole island that occurred during our stay. She was very generous giving us a breakfast/coffee at a local place when we couldn’t cook from home and bringing us dinner later that night. She was very helpful with recommendations for local activities and dining. Lovely home and great outside space !

El lugar es cómodo, tranquilo, con hermosa vista! Excelente para disfrutar la montaña y el mar, que son las dos bellezas de la isla en especial Rincón. Y pude llevar a mi mascota, cual también estuvo cómodo y relajado. Misión cumplida!!! La pasamos muy bien….! Gracias de nuevo!

This was our second stay at Casa Don Toribio, and it has officially become part of our family’s annual tradition. The home offers a peaceful, serene retreat — a true home-away-from-home. There is something uniquely special about this property; its simple, zen-like setting allows the natural beauty of Puerto Rico to shine all around. We loved exploring the local panaderías and savoring our morning coffee while surrounded by nature. Casa Don Toribio is truly a place where you can breathe deeply and recharge. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make our stay memorable.

My family and I have been visiting Rincón for almost 20 years. Up until last year, we had our own place to stay. So while Rincón isn’t new to us, staying in an Airbnb is. Juan’s check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The AC in all rooms works great. The beds are comfy, and the house was clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The internet is strong enough for streaming. There’s a washer and dryer, and the fridge has an ice maker! The pool is just steps from the front door, and most times we had it to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The full-time and seasonal neighbors we met were very friendly. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to Marina Beach, downtown is walkable, and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve path is nearby. A couple days, we didn’t even use our car. Many of Juan’s food recommendations matched our own, which was great to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Mejor lugar que me e quedado en mucho tiempo. Desde el destino interesante con muchos restaurantes y barritas . Desde allí puedes visitar a 20mn 4 pueblos . El vibe del apartamento en brutal , la vista , el agua , la tranquilidad. Es un rayo de sol ☀️!!!!!

Un perfecto lugar para desconectar y descansar en familia. 💯 recomendado. Para nosotros los adultos fue recordar los hogares de nuestros abuelas y los niños aprender. Muy buena idea experiencia y súper limpio.

Our stay at Manuel’s property was truly wonderful. The home is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Communication with Manuel was excellent from the start; he was responsive, kind, and made sure we had all the information we needed throughout our stay. We especially loved the private pool—it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. The shower was also a highlight—large and spa-like, adding to the luxury feel of the home. We felt completely at ease and well taken care of during our visit. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape. We hope to return again soon!

El lugar me encantó, limpio, organizado. Denise responde rápido a todo siempre está pendiente. El lugar fue fácil de encontrar. A minutos de todo los negocios, la actividades. Brutal volvería a quedarme 100% recomendado.

Ha sido nuestro lugar de preferencia para quedarnos cada año. Es todo lo que esperas de una escapada tranquila y más. Una diversidad de aves increíble, una tranquilidad que se respira día y noche. Todo excelente, limpio y una comunicación perfecta. Esta última vez nos quedamos para el día del apagón en toda la isla, y Carolina y Fabián nos mantuvieron en comunicación e hicieron todo lo posible para cumplir con nuestras expectativas y más. A nuestros perros siempre les encanta volver igual que nosotras <3 Todo lo verde que necesitas en tu vida lo encontrarás en Casa Agave. No lo piensen.

This beautiful home had everything my family of four needed. The patio doors completely open to the back yard doubling the living space. And the view of the ocean is amazing. It was a quick drive (5 mins maybe) down to the beach.

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

What can I say? Ismael and his wife were very accommodating. They’re beautiful home was an amazing stay even for a night. We will definitely be coming back. I love the small Personal details. They both have around the house. Definitely feels like home. Could not have asked for a better host thank you Ismail for everything. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed my birthday weekend at Ronaldos place perfect place if you want to unplug and relax from the city life. Ronaldo was very kind and was always just a phone call away for any questions that we had. Everything we had planned was really close by we went to the water park had a blast on the slides with kids. Ronaldo recommended a river with a water fall close to the house called El Pilon we went its was well worth the hike the trails are beautiful and free of trash we even saw some pineapples during our hike just be prepared for about a 40min hike each way. We also went to la Parguera and rented a boat on Monday best day less people better chance of scoring a boat we went to caracoles on our own very easy to get there we even swam and fed the Tarpon fish we had so much fun. Over all we loved staying at Ronaldos place we give his place five stars and will not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for your kindness Ronaldo we appreciate you. We are a family of four (two kids 10 and 12). This apartment is in a fantastic location. Walkable to Sandy Beach and the surf breaks at Parking Lot and Pools Beach. Also walkable to several restaurants (Bamboo, Big Kahuna, Jack's, and Case Isleña) and a coffee shop (Jake's Java). The apartment is well appointed and was clean when we arrived. Beds are comfortable and the layout met our needs to a tee. We could have even added another couple people if needed. There are three bedrooms (one on the main floor with a king and two upstairs bedrooms each with two double beds).

I am beyond thankful for Louise being able to accommodate our party of 5 extremely last minute. We traveled here for a very somber circumstance and she didn’t hesitate to host us and communicate with me with sensitivity and kindness about our situation. The house was spotless and it had everything we needed. The AC was a game changer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, our party of 5 was completely comfortable. The fridge also had a water dispenser which was so nice because we didn’t have to buy water at the store. We will definitely look to staying here again for future trips.

We had several families stay at Casa Bonita and it worked out great for our group. The beach at the end of the street was beautiful and actually more swimmable than other, better-known beaches. The units are clean and AC worked great. Our stay coincided with an island-wide blackout, but the generator provided all the electricity we needed to continue to enjoy our vacation. Vincent and Angela were communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. The only advice I would give to renters is that you might want to consider bringing shampoo, conditioner, and soap from home, as enough is provided for only 1-2 nights.

Such a lovely place to spend a vacation with my husband and three teens. My teens felt that they had an entire suite to themselves, as the upstairs had a nice seating area with a tv. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach that was just a short walk away and sea glass felt unlimited. It was pretty rocky into the water, so water shoes helped a lot. Yaneira was very responsive with any questions I had, which gives great peace of mind. I am already planning my next stay.
