Set on a private and secluded lakeside property, you can stroll along our sandy beach, wander through woodlands, reconnect with nature, swim in the lake, cast a line, or make friends with our donkeys. Complete with a private hot tub, sauna and private jetty to have a dip. A perfect base for touring the west of Ireland.

Relax and enjoy the breathtaking views over Clew bay from Croagh Patrick to Clare Island. Ideal haven for those wishing to be beside the sea in a tranquil area. It's a 10 minute drive from the bustling town of Westport. This house is unique and is located on the shoreline of Clew Bay in the Carrowholly area. Close by is Rosmoney pier where Adventure Islands adventure center, fishing tours and Mayo sailing center operate from. Westport golf club, Carrowholly stables and Trekking are close by.

Joyce's Cottage lies below the imposing Partry mountains and on the shore of Lough Mask. This is the very best of the west of Ireland. Solitude, peace and breathtaking scenery. Visitors can either swim or boat from their private beach, go for a cycle (bikes available) or simply sit at an outside table and take in the spectacular scenery. Joyce's cottage is one of two adjoining traditional cottages (the other being Derrypark Cottage which is also available for rent).
