The location was perfect for our quick visit to Tuscaloosa. We had a scheduled tour of the University of Alabama and the proximity made it easy to get in and out. There was plenty of parking and the area was quiet. We had a small situation that the downstairs AC wasn't cooling properly, and while the situation was not able to be remedied while we were there, Seth made every attempt to right the situation, and we really appreciated his willingness to assist and the refunded amount that he provided for the inconvenience. Overall the stay was great and we would consider staying again.

Five Stars--This place was the perfect location while in town for UA's graduation; and perfect accommodations for a large group. It had everything we needed as a family, very clean and spacious, and everything to make you feel right at home, especially the patio/pool. All in all, this place is beautiful!! We will book again for sure; it was one of the best Airbnb stays!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would love to visit again in warner weather so we can also enjoy the beautiful pool and outdoor features! Even in the cooler weather, the game room and theater room made the holiday enjoyable for everyone. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Thank you for an amazing vacation getaway.

This was above and beyond our expectations. Quite simply it was fantastic! Look forward to staying again in the near future. Really enjoyed the pond and the fishing. The house was perfect and the pool great. The stargazing from the firepit area is unbelievable. I’m so glad we chose this place over any others in the area.

We were in town for our son’s U or A graduation and this home worked great for us. It was close to campus and a reasonable price. I also really appreciated the snacks and other amenities provided. We realized when we got there we didn’t have enough toothpaste but there was a new tube for us to use which was great! I would rather be charged a few extra bucks to be provided with coffee and snacks especially when only there for a few days. This home was a great choice!

Came to town for a wedding and was a perfect spot for what we needed. Couple minute drive from the farmers market and easy drive or uber to downtown. Only pieces of advice is the kitchen has pans/utensils but no pantry supplies so would bring your own oil/seasoning etc if you plan to cook and get groceries. Also you can park in the back which I might recommend if there are multiple cars. There was plenty of street parking but a neighbor complained it was difficult to get out of the driveway on the opposite side as we had several vehicles since we were all coming from different cities. Would stay there again if ever in Birmingham.

This is our second time staying here and would stay again. Everything is clean and comfortable. The host usually responds almost immediately. The neighborhood is very quiet. Restaurants, gas stations and stores are not to far away if something is needed and access to the interstate is simple also.

Cute home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The entertainment room was fun - we enjoyed foosball, ping pong and tossing hoops. Comfortable beds and wonderful water pressure in the showers. Fun memories made while staying here!

Clean, great place to stay! 35 minutes to Talladega, host helped in every way and got us what we needed, I’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely love staying at this charming little house! It's wonderfully comfortable, beautifully decorated, and so very cozy! Our dogs love the big yard where they are free to run and play and we enjoy seeing them have such a great time. Can't wait to visit again in the Fall!

Felicia was very communicative before check in and explained everything perfectly for check in, WIFI, etc. The house was very clean, spacious and inviting. The area was quiet and close enough to get to the places I needed to go while in Birmingham. My only dislike was that the camera in the living room is technically on while you are there, even though it is covered, I feel as though that camera should be disabled while there are guests. Other than that, this place was great. Thank you Felicia for having such a nice home for travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very quiet, clean & safe spot in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the only trouble was receiving a message with one code for the front door but in another area of instructions there was another code. Other than that it was the perfect stay, much appreciated to have a nice stay like this in the area!

Leah was the perfect host. She was responsive and so helpful. We would definitely stay at her beautiful home again. A perfect location if you are visiting the University of Alabama.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Justin's home. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. Communication was fantastic and answered in a timely manner. The location of this home was perfect and within minutes of many stores. Thank you so much for hosting us, we'll definitely be back.

Place was nice. Cleaners could did better

Cheryl’s place is a located in historic Northport. The home has a ton of character, is spacious, and well kept. We enjoyed staying here as it was peaceful and quiet. The location was great as it is walkable to the restaurants in downtown Northport. We were here for our daughter’s graduation so getting to UA and her apartment was a short drive. We also really liked being able to walk to the Roll Tide bridge for pics. We also really appreciated the extra touches in the snacks that Cheryl made available. We would certainly look to stay here again if available for game day etc.
