Adorable 1 BR Apt (Apt B) - Extended & Short Stays

Great location! This is an apartment located across the street from Baptist Health Hospital. Apartment has its own private entrance. Two blocks from Carson Park and Keiler Park. Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

Once Upon a Time Stone Cottage was built in 1892. We are dog friendly. We are 1 mile to downtown, around the corner from hospital. 2 bedrooms with a comfy king and queen bed. There is a new sofa sleeper that has a queen gel mattress. Plenty of fluffy towels, blankets, and pillows. Internet, Netflix, Philo. Set outside and enjoy conversation an ice gold beverage, or sit on the front porch and sip your coffee. Screen porch on the back. Fenced yard , Washer/dryer.

This stylish place is perfect for group trips or an extended stay. Located in a prime location of our beautiful downtown with many small shops, fine dinning, and entertainment, all within walking distance. There are stairs that lead up to the loft apartment, and then more stairs that lead up to the master bedroom. If stairs are not an issue, this absolutely is the place for you. We do have free parking on the premises.

This house is snuzzled on the corner waiting for you. It is a craftsmen style house of the 1900s. We just restored the original hardwood floor, so that means she’s squeaky and perfectly imperfect!
