DerBnB’s place is a beautiful quaint house we have fallen in love with. It’s near our daughter and her family which is a blessing. This is the second time we have stayed at DerBnB’s and will stay again. Coming back to Louisville again in September and planning to stay there. Vickie & Lawrence

Very nice house with a great interior. Kitchen was well equipped and there are tvs in every room. Getting in and out of the house was always easy.

Year after year this place doesn’t disappoint. We love the peaceful setting and the support from the local host. See you next year!

We moved to Louisville for my job and needed a place to stay for a month. We found Deirdre's townhome listing and booked it. Check-in went smooth and we like the electric locks with a code. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were immaculate, and the bathrooms were very nice and have been updated. We liked being able to walk out our front door and immediately be in the Highlands area. There were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars to enjoy. Parking was never an issue and I drive a large truck. Overall it was a great stay and Deirdre the host was amazing. I highly recommend and will be back if I ever need temporary housing or a place for family to stay.

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, local recommendations, and fast Wi-Fi. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Highly recommend! Very cute , clean home . We loved the sauna and the hot tub , back yard is a great place to chill . Beds were comfortable, nicely decorated and kitchen was very well equipped- even provided ingredient’s for s’mores :) Nothing bad to say here - Great host , great house couldn’t ask for more .

It was a great spot for our family! We have two littles who loved the kids room and the kitchen allowed us to cook at home and still have plenty of space for the kids to play. Also, walking distance to an adorable park. Perfect spot for families!

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

Annette was so helpful! I accidentally forgot a load of laundry in the dryer after I checked out. She was quick to reach out and let me know before I drove too far away!

We had a WONDERFUL stay, the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bruce was very responsive from the beginning of my booking through our complete stay. He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. Thank you for being a part of our memorable weekend.

The place is in great location. And quiet

Libor’s place was easy to find, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my daughters and I while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. There are great restaurants and local shops in the area, easy to get to everything and we felt very safe while we were there. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Michael’s for the derby, it was a great location. He recommended places to go we went to bourbon Bristo and eggs over Frankfort which were fantastic. It was nice to be on 1st floor and close to parking. Place was clean and the electric fireplace was calming. There were places close by to shop. The place is pet friendly but we didn’t bring ours. Thanks

Perfect little home away from home in the heart of Louisville. Nettie’s place has everything you need along with convenience of being able to get to anywhere you’d want to go while in town. Annette is the sweetest host who goes above and beyond to communicate and ensure you feel taken care of. We recently stayed at this cozy private retreat, and it was the perfect family getaway. Tucked away from the chaos of everyday life, it offered the peace and privacy we didn’t even realize we needed. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. From movie nights in the comfy living room to making meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, every moment felt special. The kids had room to play, and we loved enjoying quiet mornings on the porch with coffee and birdsong. It was a truly relaxing and refreshing escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
