We had an absolutely amazing week at Your Paradise Villa in St. Maarten! The villa was stunning, perfectly clean, and had breathtaking views. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back! Our stay at Sea Haven was amazing! We had great weather and could walk down and swim at Dawn Beach almost every afternoon. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday, nighttime swimming was their favourite! The home was in a great location but definitely need a car. Sleeping accommodations worked out well for us, my parents stayed in the bedroom in the main house, my 2 kids and us in the two bedrooms underneath. I would definitely return and stay again. Thank you Esheen for making our stay so wonderful and stress-free!!

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Second time staying and the hosts were awesome as usual, very responsive! We will be back!

Nous avons adoré la Villa L’arrivée c’est bien fait seulement la Villa n’avait pas été bien nettoyé et manquait un peu d’amour. Nous avons informé l’équipe de IRE et la même journée et un ménage supplémentaire à été fait ce qui a aidé à la situation. Comme les commentaires précédant la vue et le calme de cette endroit magnifique. Nous avons séjournés avec nos enfants et petit enfants et tous ont adorés leur séjours Nous avons fait le tour de l’île plusieurs fois et Indigo bay est très bien situé. Les couchers de Soleil et la parade des bateaux croisières étaient une activité aimé de tous Merci à l’équipe IRE pour leur réponse rapide Nous recommandons la Villa Indigo

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. Our host Marie was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our Airbnb experience with Eric and Rochellie was wonderful. The house, pool and deck were comfortable, clean and beautiful. They left us snacks, coffee, drinks and wine in a gift basket as we arrived and Eric met us at the house right when we arrived. We enjoyed many days and nights at the beautiful pool and loved the amazing view. All supplies were at the house to include laundry supplies, Toilet paper, beach towels/chairs and pool toys. Eric was super responsive and friendly. We hope to one day come back to your beautiful home and lovely St Maarten!

Wonderful stay at this super clean well equipped villa. Spacious and matches the description online. The outdoor patio and pool area is nice with great views. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very flexible on check in and check out times. Extremely responsive. Stocked the fridge with complimentary drinks including wine and beer. The daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise and explained why the place was in pristine condition. A great casual villa for a family or group of friends to enjoy the west Indies islands. Loved it.

Very beautiful home. Quiet, spacious and beautiful views from every room in the house. The home was well appointed and very clean. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Great location if you want a quiet, tucked away hidden gem. We could walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants which made our vacation even more easy and relaxing. Host was attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The villa was an oasis among beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay in St Martin!

We absolutely loved staying at this villa for many reasons. First, its location and three features we appreciated: it is on the west side of the island which means we saw beautiful sunsets every night; it is near Friar’s Bay Beach that we enjoyed a lot, including delicious food and great music at the Friar Bay Beach Café (quick note: you can walk to Friar’s Bay through the road - probably a 10 mins walk - but with the heat, we preferred to drive); and finally, it is secure and very private - we did not see nor hear neighbours. Second, its comfort. We spent most of our time outside, either in the pool or the covered patio. We also made friends with the turtles! The villa is well equipped with all we needed. And I would be remiss not to mention Julia’s quality service. She welcomed us at the villa and was very efficient to explain all its features. It was easy to communicate with her. Merci Julia!

Absolute heavenly stay! Clea’s place was phenomenal! Exactly as beautiful and pristine as pictured. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was modern with all the amenities needed. We loved having our meals on the balcony and the pool was great! Kids loved it! Place was spotless too. We loved the location bc it was very peaceful and we much prefer the calmer French side than the more bustling overly touristy Dutch side . The place is about a 15 min walk to Orient Bay Beach- with lots of lovely restaurants .l. We found that staying on the French side it was best having a car to explore the many amazing beaches. Definitely do watch the video Clea Sends with instructions on how to find her place as Google will not find it (and it can be tricky to find it without the video). Using the video we had no problem finding it! Highly recommend !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island

Incredible house and location, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. Everything about the house was perfect, the decks face the sunset and two different beaches, that are easy to walk to down designated paths. Both beaches are gorgeous and have great swimming and snorkeling. The house was extremely clean and well equipped, it even has two expresso makers! The pool is beautiful and has a waterfall to a second lower level. The AC worked well and the wifi was extremely fast. The location is amazing, half way between Marigot and Grand Case, which is the gourmet center of the island. Grand case was an easy (one road) ten minute drive. Sarah was a fantastic host, she responded quickly to any questions and sent us photos and videos to make sure that we could find the house. Any request or question was answered immediately and she gave us great recommendations for the area. We are already planning our return to this house next year! We will definitely be back...Thanks, Sarah!

Nous venions de Bretagne pour 10 jours dans le logement d'Estelle. Tout à été parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre comme rarement vu ailleurs. Les logements sont mitoyens pour autant aucun bruit ne vient déranger la tranquillité. Nous avons beaucoup bougé en journée ( logement très bien situé), et nous avons apprécié nos soirées en terrasse près de la piscine à siroter le bam bam 🙂. Les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds, un vrai bonheur. Estelle a été très réactive et sympathique lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Nous l'avons quitté avec regret. Merci beaucoup Estelle

Le logement était exactement comme indiqué sur les photos. Je n'étais pas certaine de la proximité de la piscine dans la description, mais c'était parfait, elle était partagé pour le 8 ou 10 logements peut être et se fesait à pied par la cours directement. Une vingtaines de metres . La localisation de la maison était juste parfaite, nous avons loué une voiture,mais aurions très bien pu passer la semaine sans. Épicerie, restaurants ,tout se fesait en moins de 4 minutes. La plage aussi était très proche. Il ne manquait de rien dans la maison et les lits étaient très confortables. merci beaucoup d'avoir partagé avec nous cet endroit.

It was a perfect place to enjoy the view with the pool. The house was big enough for 6 people. Orient bay is 5 min away for restaurants and beach. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! The host was really reactive to our demands. We will be back!

Christine’s place is beautiful. The location is fantastic, as it feels both quiet and peaceful and private, and yet close to anything and everything you might need/desire. It is a great space for a family (we traveled with two small children). Christine’s place is well-stocked with anything you might need, from spices in the kitchen to pool toys, a first aid kit, and other amenities. Highly recommend!

Great location and also great communication with very responsive host. Easy walk to many beaches, restaurants and bar.

We've been to St Maarten at least 12 times. We've never stayed in this area, usually Simpson Bay. We loved it, close to everything. The place has an amazing view and pool. Nadine made check-in very easy and check-out. The place makes it comfortable. Everything was clean. As others have reviewed, a little worn, but certainly did the job. Plenty of places to get sun or hide out in the shade. For the money, a few things could be stepped up a bit: glassware ( one wine glass, the rest water glasses), silver ware, the master mattress was a rock, and few other things. I would rent it again.

We had a fantastic stay and a great time! My kids will have memories to last a lifetime swimming in the pool and eating meals on the patio.
