It has 2 HVAC units and is connected directly into its own hookup for electrical, city water, and sewer services. It's so much better than staying at a hotel, hands down. Full kitchen with gas stove. Full bathroom with shower. Pullout couch, 2 TV's with Amazon FireTVstick. Disney+ included. Watching the wildlife is so peaceful that you'll never want to leave. Welcome Home!
