PLEASE NOTE: The lake level is very low right now. No tie up access to the dock. Come enjoy your own space at your own pace, directly on Kerr Lake. Quaint two bdrm/1 bath house. 90 minutes from Raleigh or Richmond. This charming home, sleeps five. Just steps to the dock which you can tie your boat up to. Longwood State Park is the closest boat ramp, and a mere 10 minute boat ride from there. Nonsmoking property. No vehicles on the back lawn. NO PARTIES. Please review cancellation policy.

Buggs Island Bungalow

Buggs Island Bungalow One of the oldest residences in Clarksville, the house dates back to the 1800's. We purchased it in 2019 and have lovingly renovated the space and returned it to its former glory. Enjoy all the amenities Clarksville has to offer. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch and then stroll to the lake or downtown for antique shopping, and then enjoy a brew at Buggs Island Brewing Company. Please note due to parking constraints we cannot accommodate boat parking.

One of the few Kerr Lake rentals located right in Clarksville. Party in Slow Motion is a beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA lake cottage near Clarksville with views of Buggs Island/Kerr Lake. Located just one row back from the water, it’s an easy ~100 yard walk to our private slip dock and quiet beach access in a calm cove. Two kayaks are included for exploring the lake. Ideal for families, fishermen, and small groups, with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Want to step back in time to the late 1800s? A stay at the historic Bracey Train Depot offers exactly that—plus modern comfort. The Depot is one of the few surviving historic buildings on Bracey Drive, alongside the old post office across the street, the general store next door, and other local landmarks. This stretch of Bracey Drive feels quietly tucked away, just around the “cut,” yet it’s conveniently located less than half a mile from I-85.
