We had a wonderful experience at Christina’s lakehouse. It’s a wonderful place for two families to share many memories. If you are renting a boat or you have a boat, it’s easy to dock. They have a bunch of games in the front room to keep the kids busy. And many places to eat and just look at the beautiful scenery.

This was a fantastic place that worked out really well for all of us even on chilly days of rain. The hosts sincerely want you to enjoy your time there. It was spacious and comfortable for several of us to work together to prepare our meals and there was everything we needed and much more. It worked out perfectly to meet together with family for a wonderful getaway and make memories together.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was the perfect place for our anniversary weekend getaway and also for celebrating my nephew’s 3rd birthday. The house was easy to find and access, and the host went above and beyond by putting up a few birthday decorations and even leaving a sweet little gift for the birthday boy—such a thoughtful touch! The home was very clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything you could need for a short or long stay. It has two spacious bedrooms with easy access to the living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed having access to the dock—it was great for swimming, fishing, and just relaxing by the water. The host was very helpful, provided clear instructions, and gave us great recommendations for local dining and activities. Communication was quick and friendly. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again when we’re back in the area!

Very beautiful home, location and view. Fish weren't biting but my wife and I took in the beautiful view and serenity. Such a cozy place. Plenty to do, even in winter. We struggled for about 5 minutes getting in as we aren't used to digital locks but we figured it out. Bob was always 1 email, text or call away. His communications were prompt and he really seemed to want to ensure your happiness. We would likely return to this home perhaps in the spring or summer. Thank you for making our 25th anniversary very special. I highly recommend Bobs services

Lake N' Bake! The Lake Gaston Getaway!

Lake N Bake is a peaceful, relaxing property. Tucked back in a cove with a beautiful view. A place to unwind and recharge. Loved the screened in porch and dock. At night, star gazing and smores around the fire pit was a favorite.

This is an excellent location for a big family getaway to the lake. We loved the big yard and the deck, as well as the dock area to sit. My kids raved about the comfy beds, and the couches made for good sleep too for teens who love to stay up late and chat. Every cooking utensil or appliance imaginable which made cooking for our crew awesome! Thank you for a relaxing stay.

The home was wonderful, and exeded our expectations. Thank you for having us and sharing your hidden gem. My daughters both enjoyed all the amenities. We did a little of everything, board games, fishing, hiking, played pool, cooked together and enjoyed the open floor relaxing environment. We hope to be back for our yearly boat outing and possibly do jet skiing, and kayaking in the Summer. (kayaks and rowing boats were also included for use, a +). Also, we loved the lake and board walk in the back yard and fire pit sitting area. We all enjoyed welcoming our New Year in your cozy lake house, we definitely hope to be back. 🧡'd the peaceful and serine atmosphere. With no hesitations I give this house a 5star.

Kerr Lake Amazing Views, Private Dock, Quiet

This is our second stay at Catherine's place. The reviews we wrote in Nov. 24' still stand. Nothing negative to say then, none now. A couple of comments made to her in private message back then were taken to heart and a few adjustments were made. The back deck was recently re-done and is one of the best features of the house. In the future this will be the first place we will check for availability. Comfortable, quiet, relaxing, great lake access, can't ask for a better place to stay or host to deal with.

Our stay was peaceful and refreshing. Exactly what we needed. The home was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you could need. The beautiful views of the water are priceless. We loved the quiet mornings by the lake and would definitely come back!

Close to I 85 , nice house and beautifully furnished, spacious and neat . It was a nice gesture from the host to leave a wine 🍷 bottle for Thanksgiving dinner !!

an adorable place to stay!! very relaxing & comfortable. We cook a few time & found the kitchen to be well stocked. the front porch was our favorite for coffee in the morning. our dogs found the dog run perfect to play around & burn off some energy. loved sitting by the fire pit watching beautiful sunsets Fantastic cabin in the woods ❤️

Went here for a family vacation, and had the best time! We rented both side A and B for the whole house. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard! We enjoyed the lilly pad for the lake, and even rented a jetski nearby and was able to dock it right there. We enjoyed all 4 decks, and loved all the space we had (even with a family of 13). Kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need to cook. I recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets for a more cozy night. Jeremiah was very nice and quick to respond! We will definitely come back if we visit Lake Gaston again!

We absolutely loved Brian and Michele‘s place. The location was perfect – so close to the winery and so close to the lake. We were up here for a family gathering over Easter weekend and the entire setting really helped us achieve our Easter goals of being with family and having fun. We would definitely come back again.
