Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Una particolare soluzione disegnata e studiata in ogni minimo dettaglio con oggetti di design. Adatta per due o quattro persone in due letti: uno matrimoniale standard da 160 cm e uno alla francese da 140. Siamo in centro nel vitale quartiere di Porta Venezia a ridosso dei Giardini Pubblici, vicino alla metropolitana rossa in direzione Rho Fiera, vicino alla linea gialla e vicino alla stazione centrale in una via tranquilla al piano terra con accesso diretto da strada.
