In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. Villa Laeta - feel true colors of Istria

NOTE: only Saturday to Saturday reservations accepted. Traditional Istrian house located in the heart of Istria in the small village of Mrkoči, surrounded with untouched nature. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
