Quite possibly the bestest cabin in the history of all cabins kinda. This High End Bungalow Is Centrally. 12 min walk (3 min. drive) from Beaches. Just minutes to Casinos, all kinds of restaurants, Whole Foods, Safeway and Heavenly. House is setup as a 2 Bed 1 bath. 4 guest occupancy. ***Per county code guests under 13 years old DO NOT count toward the occupancy*** Utility pullback on a 30+ day stay will be negotiated to avoid gas/electric overages. $350 utility credit/month est.

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
