Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Located in the picturesque area of Swythamley/Wincle surrounded by an abundance of wonderful places to visit. This Airbnb is located within the rural village of Rushton Spencer with stunning countryside views. It’s proximity to Rudyard Lake, the Roaches and Tittesworth Reservoir make it an ideal place for cyclists, walkers and outdoor enthusiasts. Although the Airbnb is part of our family home, it is a separate downstairs apartment with its own entrance. There is space for a car on our driveway. There are 2 local pubs a short walk away. Congleton, Macclesfield and Leek are all short drives away.

Roachside Cottage is situated in the beautiful Roaches Estate, a former private estate and grouse moor, now owned by the Peak District and cared for by the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people, comprising of 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. The views from every angle of the property are utterly breathtaking. Located right on the water's edge of Rudyard Lake in a conservation area of the Staffordshire Moorlands, this bespoke boathouse conversion is an ideal romantic break for 2 in a very beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by woodland with perfect views up and down the lake. Although we can accommodate 4 in total, Inglenook boathouse is most suited for couples. The sofa bed is comfortable for up to two children but not suitable for two adults.
