The place was quite and only 10 minutes from the center of Argostoli. Gerasimos was discreet and helpful if and only you wanted.

An incredible villa. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor areas are particularly ‘wow’. The infinity pool is spotless, and has incredible views out across Sivota bay. The loungers are so comfy, and the vine canopy idyllic. We spent many happy afternoons chilling around the pool, listening to music and reading books. The terrace is equally lovely, with the same fantastic views. And the addition of the BBQ and outdoor kitchen meant we could enjoy authentic home cooked fare as the sunset. A really magical place. Inside there’s everything you need; a well stocked kitchen, a hot shower, plentiful towels and very comfy beds. Plenty big enough for four adults. George was a great host - rapid to respond, very accommodating of requests, and friendly to a tee. Something he shares with his parents, who gave us the most special of welcomes on check in! Sehr schöne Pool Anlage, ca. 3km von Agios Nikitas. Sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Villa mit allen Ausstattungen, die es braucht. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich!

We had the most wonderful stay with our two children. The house is perfect with so many amenities. All the appliances are high quality and basically brand new! We had everything we needed and more. The pool and bbq area is fantastic. The views beautiful. Location is private but easy to get to other locations. We loved visiting Sami and the Melissani Cave’s not to be missed. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and kind. We highly recommend the house and have already told family and friends about it!

Communication with the host and check in went very fine. The house is big on a beautiful location. It has two terraces, both really nice and inside you got everything you need. There is a bit noise coming from the road, apart from that all was fine.

We were a group of 10 people and we loved the villa. It’s up in the hills but not difficult to reach and the view was amazing. The host - Spiros - was very responsive and made very nice recommendations to us about restaurants, bars and boat rentals. The villa is not a good place for loud music since there are neighbouring villas on both sides but everything else met our expectations. We want to thank Spiros for all his help and making our stay a pleasant experience - we were very pleased with our stay.

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden beim Betreten der Wohnung sehr freundlich empfangen, da die Vermieterin gerade anwesend war. Sie hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Diese Wohnung ist einfach toll und der Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach traumhaft. Für die eine Woche die wir da waren, ist die Terrasse zu dem Ort geworden, wo wir uns am meisten aufgehalten haben. What a wonderful host! The house is very spacious, extremely clean and the host is the most accommodating. We had a great stay! It’s only a couple of streets away from the beach and everything is walkable! The house got cleaned every 4 days - amazing service! The bedsheets were white and ironed! Highly recommend!

I can’t rave about this place enough. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! What a lovely host and a brilliant location. It felt like a little oasis in paradise. Outside is great - we made use of the BBQ on more than one occasion. Hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a really great week at Nektarios’ place! It’s a really peaceful spot with a beautiful view of the bay, and some lovely taverna’s aswell as the beach within 5 minutes walk. It was a convenient base for exploring Lefkada although a car is an essential. Nektarios was a super helpful and friendly host, and would definitely recommend staying here. We’re already thinking about a return trip to Lefkada!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

stayed for 4 nights in the apartment, with 2 friends. great clean space with balcony to each room, 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. supermarket at end of road and walkable to shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. easy to park outside, with no issues and you'd need a car to visit local attractions and area, due to limited public transport. would be happy to recommend or stay again.

Great communications with clear arrangements for meeting us on arrival, after the journey from the airport. Good local restaurants and a supermarket/ bakery 5 minutes walk. Also 5 minutes walk from the underground lakes. 1.5km from Sami on foot - you can stroll there and back for a huge choice of bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was great. Welcome wine, juice and water in the fridge and 4 coffee pods with UHT creams. Butter and jam portions also in the fridge. Decent parking around the apartment as well. I would highly recommend. Great for two - we had our son on the sofa bed, so can accommodate 4. If you see Piggy the Dog, say hello. He had the uncanny ability to walk us to the nearest restaurant where he then enjoyed the leftovers.

A perfect, quiet location , kind hosts, and amazing little neighborhood. We happened to meet some of the neighbors and they were friendly and helpful. We will come again.

Amazing host with an amazing villa. I have been to a lot of air b n b and this I must say is the best and most hospitable one I’ve been to. Very good communication and amazing amenities. There is a private beach that is beautiful but it’s a hike. We’ll worth it. I suggest you make a day out of the private beach as the hike is a tough one.

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Bei der Anfahrt ist das letzte Stück Straße etwas holprig und man läuft auch vom Parkplatz einige Stufen hinab zum Quartier. Aber der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Bett morgens aufs Meer ist dafür einfach nur traumhaft; der Strand im Oktober fast menschenleer und dazu das kristallklare , türkis schimmernde Wasser. Da ist man auch gerne bereit, den Hang hinab und später wieder hinauf zu laufen. Das Haus mit der Kombination aus Naturstein und Holz wirkt sehr einladend ; der Platz in den Zimmern ist großzügig bemessen, das große Doppelbett super bequem. Da wir gerne selber kochen, hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Equipment in der Küche gewünscht oder vielleicht auch einen Außengrill. Wie wir erfahren haben, ist es in den Sommermonaten wohl nicht ganz so ruhig- jetzt war es sehr erholsam und auch ein spätes Auschecken ohne Aufpreis kein Problem.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful peaceful secluded setting..walking distance to the nearby village of Magganis. Good restaurants. Not too expensive. Sheep bells in the valley below. Sunsets over the sea. The pool was chill in April but we all got in, lovely clean and well maintained. Very well looked after grounds with lovely plants and trees (olives, almonds, orange and lemons). Great fake grass lawn for football/games. Supermarket in village (expensive local supermarkets....recommend big shop in Lidl Argostoll for essentials if self catering). Beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourites Emplisi and Atelies in north and Antisamos east. Myrtos and Petani impressive. Bays around the Fiskardo lighthouse lovely for a cheeky dip.

Quite possibly the best villa and location for a quiet and special get away from it all! Sivota is very pretty and has a beautiful marina with many restaurants; lots of villas dotted around the surrounding valley. Most are a bit tricky to get to by car as the lanes and tracks are narrow and stoney, this one is no different as you negotiate the approach. A few trips and you get to used to it though. The villa itself has direct access by foot to the harbour which is a great plus, literally a few minutes and you’re in the owners restaurant which is also fabulous! Elena welcomed us, showed us around, gave us lots of good recommendations for the whole island. We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier host! The villa is perfect! We loved the views, the decor, the pool and especially the private sea access which we used every day for invigorating swims and snorkeling. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, lots of thoughtful touches and welcome goodies. Great villa, superb location!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lefkada! We went during the shoulder season and enjoyed empty beaches, beautiful views by the pool, and warm hospitality from our host. The house was spotless and perfect for our large family. The surrounding area is private, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc just a short drive away. Multiple beaches can be accessed within minutes. Our host responded immediately to all our questions and allowed us to have a flexible check-in since we were arrive later in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here!

Family of 4 with 2 teens. One of the best Airbnbs we have had, and we have had some great ones. The house is very charming, traditionally furnished, spotless and everything works. Fresh fruit, local honey and oil (+ tea, coffee, v well equipped kitchen). Beautiful outside space, pristine pool, great views. Easy roll down (need a car) to Argostolli. Good quality, reasonable Taverna very close. Sotiris is a great host. Came from town late in the eve to check us in. Came and cleaned the pool checked the garden. Friendly and and really good recommendations for day trips and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Stunning villa in Lefkada! One of our favourite stays anywhere in Europe. The view is unbelievable - even better than the pictures. Lydia was a great host who included a lovely check in basket of various goodies which was a really nice touch. The villa itself was very spacious and also had a beautiful pool, bbq and ping pong table. We will definitely be back!

Lovely villa, spotlessly clean, has a homely feel to it as well. Well placed to visit sites around and also has restaurants you can walk to. Had a lovely stay would definitely recommend. Hosts were so welcoming.
